Work for us started the last week of May. We were told our stamped concrete patio would be done in 4 days with the stamp we wanted. We signed a contract and everything seemed legit. Hector and Israel were nice in person and seemed genuine. They started work for a couple of days and things seemed good. After a couple of days of work it rained, which understandably delayed work. Once the rain stopped is when the real problems began. Hector and Israel never showed up to finish the work. I attempted several times to get a new start and completion date from them, but each time they kept pushing both the start and completion dates back giving various excuses. It has now been over a month and our backyard is completely torn up. We have now spent half of the summer without the use of it. I continuously try to communicate via text and phone. We keep getting told it will get done, but no one ever shows up. Well, Hector did show up once, unscheduled, to have us pick out a color, but we weren’t home. I had even texted that morning asking when they would be at the house again, and no response. He just showed up. Side note: I try to communicate with them, but they refuse to communicate with a female and will only respond to my boyfriend’s texts/calls. One excuse we got was that the stamp we wanted (to look like wood) was rented out and the person didn’t return it. This was after weeks of rescheduling us. I finally relented and said to just use a pattern they had so it could get done. They said ok, but never showed giving more excuses about the heat (builders in our subdivision were outside and working during the same conditions), an employee was having a medical issue, a guy walked out on them, they couldn’t get material, etc. Each day it was a new excuse. I finally put my foot down and advised I would be taking them to court and asked who the registered agent of their business was along with the business address. They refused to provide the information. Through our own research we found they had a previous business (Top Marks Construction- [*** Link removed ***] that had numerous complaints against them for the same thing. If you click on the link for the business and click on reviews you will see some of them. We have been in contact with a few previous complaintants who gave very similar experiences. They have received over 70% of the balance and we have gravel to show for it. I urge you to NOT hire this company. We will also be taking civil action against them.

He was a great construct, I would hire him again if things need to be done! Loved the way he left my patio. Nice people too! I’m glad he got to work on my house.

Asked me for more money and sent him Monday night. He did not come back to finish the project , told me that he would be back to finish the project on Tuesday thru email but now he has not responded on the text messages I left him.

I have no complaints. They showed up when they were supposed to. They were very professional. He was right on and the prices were reasonable. He cleaned up and I was pleased with the service. I already referred them to my friend and Sister-in-Law.
