Laz and his crew did a great job

I was fairly impressed with the way they did the work. They informed me of other issues, such as changing out both of the sinks so that the colors match. The turnaround time was awesome. Price was good. They also replaced the kitchen faucet. Ebanks was the least expensive of all the contractors I've dealt with and they exceeded my expectations.

I am not going to write long review. I will not recommend this company if you want the work to be done in a timely and professional manner. Work started on Mar 9th and finished on July 18th, it was supposed to be done in one month.

I meant to write this review a while ago, but I wanted to make sure I did since the work was exceptional. I had hired another contractor to remodel one of my bathrooms, but like the stories that many people have experienced, that contractor did not end up finishing the job. Laz came in, was professional and was always on time. He provided me a fair quote and got the job done. He always came by to check on the workers, made sure things were being done right, inspected the work closely and if something wasn't right, he pointed it out and made sure it was corrected. Even as the work went on, I had some other things I needed to have done in the house, some siding replaced, staining the front door. Everything came out great, and the bathroom was finished and is amazing. I would absolutely use Ebanks again, since when you do find someone reliable and the work is good, you don't need to continue to search.

Work done on the property was very good.  Easy to work with the company.  Went over everything I wanted done during the walk through and price was right on point, no extras added at the end.  Even when I changed and added a few things he was right on point and quick to add them.  Everything went smoothly and I will be using them again for our next project!

It was good. As I recalled, the work was done well. I think the price was reasonable. They were good.

The whole team was very professional from start to finish. They were very mindful of children and elderly people in the house and accommodated our needs. They did a thorough job, finished perfectly, and also painted our molding which was not in the contract. They cleaned after themselves and even our neighbors commented on the excellent way they conducted themselves and how they kept everything neat and clean. They answered all our questions and overall did a fantastic job. We are planning to hire them for future projects and even referred them to our neighbors.

My tenant was very pleased with the timeliness and professionalism of the work. I was happy that the provider purchased and delivered the product from Home Depot for my rental property without too much involvement  on my part.  Great job! <br />

The workers brought new sliding to install in the areas of the soffit that had panels missing.  The siding was shorter in length that the panels in the soffit.  The workers had to borrow my ladder to get to the roof.  I happened to have the 5 panels that were found in the yard after a storm and suggested they use these panels for the soffit.  The workers were able to use those panels and screwed them into the support structure for the soffit.  It took them about an hour to reinstall the panels. <br />

The owner was terrific.  Unfortunately, workers needed supervision and because owner was supervising other projects he was not on site all of the time.  They worked hard but needed constant direction.   The owner did come back and fix whatever we asked.  However, he really needed a on site supervisor for this crew even though it was a small job. <br />

Called on Saturday and explained problem we had that required immediate attention. When installing new carpet in bedroom, found water damage on plywood underneath old rug. Needed new plywood installed by Monday so installers could come back on Tues. to complete the job. Laz stated he had crew working nearby us and could have them do the job on Monday morning. Quoted me a price for the half day of work.  <br /> On Mon. Laz came with two of his people and started removing plywood. Problem was bigger than expected and his two people worked hard all day to complete it. Because of the extra time needed I paid him for a full day of work plus materials.  Only minor complaint was he did not give me a receipt with a description of the job. <br />

We are very happy with the job they did. Mr. Ebanks personally made sure the job was done right, and his workers were friendly and hardworking, and they cleaned up nicely when they were done. We will be using them again for sure. <br />

Laz and his crew have been very professional, punctual and accurate with their estimates. They came on time. Their attention to detail has been noteworthy. Laz prides in not taking short cuts in the job. <br /> Will definitely hire him again and he is highly recommended.

He is punctual, and always does a good job. Charges a good rate. Always concerned with how the job went.

Upon meeting Laz, I was impressed right away with his professionalism and attention to detail as we went over the large list of various fix-up tasks which I wanted performed to make my home either more salable (if I chose to move for a new job) or simply better for my own use should I  stay in place. Each and  every task was completed successfully, at a high level of quality and at <br /> the cost quoted. When I asked for some additional touches (re-painting the louvers to match the house) or asked for something to be redone (the towel bar, seemingly fine, would not hold with the weight of towels on it) all was done with good cheer for no additional sums. Laz was very determined to make certain I was happy with everything his team accomplished. I should make mention that Laz's crew are all very nice, but it will be helpful to know some basic words in Spanish, otherwise you may need Laz (who does not work most parts of the job himself, but inspects everything)  to interpret for you.

They were always on time.  They were excellent and their work was excellent. I had a little issue with a door after they left and they returned immediately to secure the door.  My doors have very old lovely brass hinges that had been painted over throughout the years.  I wanted them cleaned and back to their original brass beauty.  Most contractors didn’t want to do it since it was a lot of work.  To them it was no problem, they took them all off and cleaned them and then put them back.  They did it to over 25 hinges.  If they were backed up because of weather they called immediately to reschedule.  The experience was fantastic.

The requested work involved installing pre-hung doors, moldings, and  sheetrock repair. Laz and his crew arrived on the agreed upon date.  Not impressed with the overall quality of workmanship.

It went fine. The prices were a little high for some of the work that was done.

He fixed 4 tiles in my basement, built a handrail for the back door, did caulking of  tubs in 4  bathrooms, replaced an anchor for one of my pantry shelves, we have concrete steps in the front and he replaced those and he fixed the pipe outside that the hose connects to because it was leaking. The owner is very personable the only problem for example is they had a problem on a job they did before us and it was causing them to be late starting ours but they did not call me I had to call them to find out what was going on but the work they did when they did get here was really good.

The work was completed in a timely fashion.  Everything went well.

They were responsive and did a really good job. The only challenge that we had is when he wasn't there his workers didn't speak English and it was challenging to communicate with them, but I would use them again.

Lazaro and his assistant were very professional, careful, and clean.  They did the tasks exactly as I requested.  It was a positive experience.  I would use him again.

Laz had a couple of men install the new ladder and made some other minor repairs to the ceiling as well. They completed the job on time, did nice work, and cleaned up afterwards. I couldn't be happier.
