He did show up on the time agreed to with a helper. the helper performed all the work. He left half of the tree, in huge pieces (some approx. 2' in diameter) in the yard, killing my grass, and said he would return to get the wood the next day. This was a month ago. The stumps are too big for me to carry out, i do not have a chainsaw, that is why i hired him. he has not returned or responded to ANY of my continuous calls. even sent him a photo. I had to clean up the mess and put in a neat stack. the photo is after i carried out as much as i could and cleaned up. Shame on me for paying under the assumption he would complete the task. I would not ever recommend him to anyone for anything.

James came to our house the same day we called. Gave us a quote which we accepted. He requested a contract be drawn up and signed by both parties in which we did. He came the next morning as he said he would. Took down the 3 trees and left about 3 feet of tree, (did not saw to the ground). We paid what we agreed to pay. Part 2 of the contract was for him to have the man who grinds down his stumps to come the next day. It has been 2 weeks and we have had so many excuses and as of today no one has come to grind the stumps. Now it will cost me more because of the 3 feet of tree left. Overall after this experience it will be costing us more. He promotes stump grinding which is false advertising. We are senior citizens on a fixed income and feel we have been taken advantage of.

The service was very, very good and we plan on using this service again. We were so scared that this tree was going to fall on the house and we gave them a call and they came out and gave us an estimated that we were well pleased with and came back the next day with a full crew and the job was done that same day. Now we can sleep in peace because this tree is now gone. If I was able to post the picture's and videos you would understand why I am so happy. Would highly recommend them good prices and service will us them again. The Crutcher's
