Efficient & thorough - would hire again!

Scheduling was easy, and Emilliano Chavez (EC) fit me in the schedule quickly. When completed, I was shocked, and amazed at what a good job EC Lawn care staff performed. My landscape has not looked this good in years. EC Lawn Care will be hired again.

I needed help removing some overgrown shrubs and a scrubby, dandelion filled "lawn". They made special accommodations to bring in a tiller and literally tilled out the entire lawn leaving nothing but bare dirt. I later planted a garden with a walkway to replace it. 3 guys came out in the morning and spent a few hours removing everything. Crew arrived 45 minutes late due to traffic, but i think that's reasonable. I paid them an extra $30 to have them take away the cut down shrubs. I kept the tilled-out grass as mulch instead of paying more to have them dump it. Having them take care of this huge job was much better than trying to do it all myself.

The guys arrived on time, and did all the work that we asked them to do without wasting any time. Rescheduled twice and the owner was very flexible to change the time.

It took three scheduled attempts for EC Lawn Care to get to my yard in Tigard, Oregon; but when they did, they went straight to work and did not stop until the job was done. They did a great job!!

Horrible. I am now trying to get my money back from Angie's List. This is the first special offer I purchased and am not inclined to do so ever again.

Did not show up at the scheduled time. Service did not take place. We purchased the 8 hour deal for $299. Someone from this company called me the day before to schedule service for the next day starting at 8:30 a.m. I took time off work to meet with them. At 9:10 a.m. they were still not there. I called the number from the day before. The person sounded confused and said he would check things out and call me back in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later still no call. I called him back and he said he could maybe be there later in the day or reschedule it for the next day. He still sounded unsure. At this point we decided to request our money back from Angie's List.

Once the scheduling took place the project went very smoothly. Emiliano and one co-worker performed 4 hours of service each over two days. They followed my instructions and did all the work I asked them to do. They do not haul the yard waste away and I did that myself using my truck. They worked non-stop the whole time, left the yard in good shape. I used a special they had listed on Angie's List and would hire them again for other yard service in the future.

We have a quarter of an acre and due to illness and injury over the past year, we had let it get very overgrown with both weeds and ivy. Because of the scope of the project, we knew we needed help and so I purchased an Angie's List deal and emailed for scheduling. They were very quick to respond and getting an appointment was so easy. The guys that came out were professional, quick and very thorough. I was so impressed with the amount and quality of the work done that I've already emailed for a follow up appointment at full price. Emiliano made the whole process so easy and hassle free that we're now customer's for life!

I had a bit of an issue getting them on the phone and getting on the schedule. Once I did they showed up, walked me through what needed to be done and got right to work. I ended up adding some to the service and they were able to accommodate.
