EClean Carpet, Grout, & Tile Cleaning

Everything went extremely well.  He (Craig) was right on-time for the appointment, got to work, spent adequate time (in my estimation) on task, and did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet, both in the bedrooms and on the stairs.  The micro-sponge dry product that he used was environmentally friendly and did a great job of picking up the dirt.  He also used a liquid cleaner on the tough spots, which removed them.  Craig was very friendly and talkative, and explained well what he was doing.  I was very pleased with the outcome and the experience.

It went so well that after he was done with the hallway and living room, I asked him if he had time to do my son's room. He said sure and added it on!!

Our carpet was needing cleaned, it had a lot of drink and food spots.  We needed it cleaned so it could be used by the next day.  It was a long drive for Craig but He was on time and was very efficient  in his work.  We didn't  have a good experience with wet cleaning and liked the way Craig's process and the finished work came out. Craig was very professional and answered all of my questions regarding why he was doing this, what could we do for this, etc. For only being involved in this business for a short amount of time, Craig was very knowledgeable about his products and it was obvious he takes his job seriously. He is very personable and approachable so it did not seem like a stranger was in our house, but rather someone who cared for not only his product but he cared about our house as well. I have already recommended him to several people and will continue to do so.

The job was completed with professionalism and thoroughness.  The products used are Green Seal Certified which, in a nutshell, means they are environmentally friendly and this was definitely a selling point for our household.  Before the cleaning process was initiated, I was educated on the products and procedures.  I appreciated the personable approach that was taken to ensure my understanding and acceptance of the services to be rendered.  The machine used was very unique as it utilizes a "dry" cleaning process (extremely low moisture method), which allowed us to walk on our carpet and kitchen floor immediately in lieu of waiting for a day or so due to excess moisture.  I am extremely satisfied with the final outcome and would highly recommend these services.

Awesome!  Due to the safety of the products he used and since it is a dry cleaner I didn't feel like I needed to take my kids out of the house.  We were able to play in another room while the cleaning was done.  We were also able to go right back into the room when he was done as there is NO DRYING TIME!!!!  He also showed me everything he pulled out of my carpet while cleaning and I was amazed at how much dirt and junk was removed as there wasn't any real visible issues with my carpet and I do vacuum regularly.  It also doesn't take as long as when I have had "shampoo" cleanings in the past.  I will never Use anything by a dry cleaner again and will not be using anyone but Craig for my carpet cleaning needs.
