EcoHome Service replaced our roof in summer of 2018. The owner came to meet with us prior to the job and thoroughly walked through the options and process. Once we signed, the job was scheduled promptly. They dropped the dumpster in our driveway a bit early, but the job was done from demo, to plywood replacement (significant for our job), and new roof all in one day. Remarkable. I walked the roof with the lead crew member after the job and thoroughly reviewed their work. No concerns whatsoever. The owner later came back to walk around with us and answer additional questions. We then paid the final invoice and started enjoying our new roof. We later added gutters using a contractor EcoHome recommended. We feel fortunate to have found a reputable company in EcoHome and we enthusiastically recommend them for roof replacements.

Eco Roofs did a great job getting a new metal roof up on my cabin before the snow started this winter. They came in with the lowest bid which was for a cheaper metal roof that used exposed fasteners and upgraded me to a better roof without exposed fasteners. The crew worked through rainy conditions on a slick 12/12 cedar shake roof doing the tear off with speed and professionalism. They also were very thorough installing the new roof with an eye for detail and a pride of workmanship. They were all very friendly and took the time to address my questions and concerns. I could not ask for better service and I felt like I made some new friends with all the Eco Roofing installers and staff.

From the very start Eco Home Service was great. They followed through with every promise and dealt with every hiccup with us. They were very efficient and fast. Aaron and all the employees always treated us with the utmost respect. Thank you!

* Best materials of all 5 roofing companies that quoted a new roof for our house and they did a good job installing them. The shingles were made by Malarkey and are rubber that doesn't grow moss like asphalt shingles. The nails are zinc chromate finished over electro-plated zinc for double corrosion protection. The underlayment is a high quality waterproof synthetic fabric instead of the usual cheap tar paper. * Pricing was lower than 4 out of the 5 quotes I received. * <br> <br> Worst customer relations of any company I have dealt with in many years. Jodi in customer service/accounting threatened legal action against us instead of working with me to resolve my concern regarding the use of the wrong nails after the job was complete. Instead of finding out what they had put on my $14,000 roof, I had to do the research, myself! Aaron, the owner, was no help, either. He told me that nobody cares what kind of nails they use and he didn't know what they used, either. These ignorant people would not lift a finger to find out. I had to call their supplier who didn't know, either. Then, I had to contact the supplier's source who had to contact the factory in China that verified the quality as stated above. * <br> <br> After the first couple of rains, a leak began to appear where it had not leaked before the roof replacement. The roofers had missed a downspout elbow that was not caught during the final inspection. A call to Aaron got the repair crew to the house at warp speed and got the leak stopped right away. They added the missing elbow the next day and have had no other problems since. I really appreciate their quick response, especially in the rain.

Very happy with the roof. Slight delay with material delivery but on schedule.

I waited some time after the roof was completed to give an accurate review. The roof material itself has held up fairly well through last winter, and the install crew was on time every morning which was nice. The biggest bummer on this, is that our 3 sky lights are no longer sealed properly. To be clear - we have not had any leaks or water damage, but they are clearly not sealed up. Our heating and cooling bills are significantly higher than other neighbors. We have random insects that find their way inside, gusts of wind can actually bring small leaf particles in as well. If there is a bird chirping outside, you don't hear it through the windows but through the skylights it sounds as if you are sitting outside. We actually close our bathroom door at night to keep the noise down while we sleep. I tried to work with the crew to get this resolved but felt like I was talking to a wall. They sent the crew back out at first and they "re-seated" the skylights and fastened them back down but we still had the same problem. Then the crew leader came out onsite, got up on the roof, took a bunch of pictures, and then showed me how everything was sealed up properly. I gave them 2 chances to fix it...how many times can you explain to people that something is not correct?

The work went as scheduled and we are very happy.

We contacted Eco about a year before we did the actual project due to not having financing secured yet. They were very patient with us. Once we had financing, the project began soon after. The guys were here early every morning, were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, hard working, and were wonderful to work with. They dealt very quickly with every little detail we brought to their attention.

Sales rep lied to us about contract, and forged my wife's signature and mine as well on our lender documents. All in all the subcontractors did a good job, but eco home service is a scam and are out to get your money with hidden fees. Aggressive staff, not customer friendly, and try's to hide work done while mitigating your complaints.

Friendly all around, informative on all decisions needing our input. Flexible on making our needs happen. This company did well to keep costs considerate with the extra work needed.

Eco was great to work with and accommodated my busy schedule. They really seemed to care about our situation with a great price/performance mix that the other guys didn't offer or care to offer. The job got done around our schedule and we couldn't be happier! I've already referred them to a friend in Bothell to help them with their roof and possibly windows, too.

OK, weather condition held up start.

They did a great job! The roof looks fabulous and with this rainy/cold winter I am glad it's done. I can't believe how neat they were - no nails left from the tear-down and no tiny bits of roofing scattered about. I was working at home, but they were not disruptive at all. Definitely recommend them. And my roof looks sharp!

Signed on for a new roof and gutters. Paid half of the amount up front almost a month before the work was done. They arrived a day late, citing problems with an auto accident, though still promised they would finish before we went on vacation. Roofers completed the job promptly, but we had to clean up the mess on the carpet from the solar tube being cut in. The guy said, "Sorry, I forgot my vacuum." Gutter guys didn't show up until we were already on vacation. Dumpster had to be removed before vacation, so we could get the cars off the street. Rude office manager threatened to charge me extra for any gutter debris. I refused, since it was their fault. She relented. We were told we would not have to pay the balance until an inspection was done when we returned from vacation. Office manager called us several times during our vacation to rudely press for the remaining balance. She denied that we were told about paying after the inspection, though we had a voicemail. to prove it. Finally gave in, so she would leave us alone. Came home to one missing downspout, half a downspout on the house with the other half on the ground, two wooden chunks gouged out of the side of the house, antenna not tacked back onto the house, fence trellis broken and debris in the yard, on the shed and in the driveway. Owner came and he tried to make light of all the problems. Acted like he was doing us a favor by offering to fix the problems, and laughed about the office manager being their "pit bull." Even took two attempts to fix the problems. No effort to accommodate us for the the inconveniences they caused. The owner only offered to pay us $150.00 if we would fix and paint the two gouges in our house and tack the antenna wire down. We refused. Sub par job done on those, but we gave up because of the frustration working with defensiveness and lack of customer service. I told the owner I could not recommend him to anybody else. He said, "People are going to say what they say on Yelp. It doesn't really matter to me what they say."
