I hired EcoMaids after my long term team starting changing people on me, which I didn't like. I have been with EcoMaids for 2.5 to 3 years now. Troy, the owner, is great; he sends out a reminder 2 days before the cleaning, plus changing and/or missing weeks is simple. Fees are paid once the cleaning is done and is charged through my credit card. The team does a great job and is thorough and diligent. If things are different we have a "note place" to provide direction. They bring in their own eco products and equipment. The best part is that the team is the same every week which is invaluable. We do have a dog in the house and the team is great with him. From a price perspective they are in line with costs/hour. Because the team has 2 people who come they are in and out in about 2.5 hours. I would highly recommend Troy and his team to anyone. Note: While they have not been in my house since March because of Covid, I am anxious to have them back in. Troy has told me they will be masked and gloved which is perfect.

The cleaners arrived 15 minutes early for the cleaning. The lady that I spoke to was very friendly and accommodating to my specific requests On a few areas that needed extra attention. Troy the owner was very pleasant to talk to and prompt on returning my phone calls. Will definitely be having them back for regular cleanings.

Cleaning was performed, but not very well at all. Dusting was done in some places, but not in others. In one spot it was dusted only half way and the rest left. Not all banisters were wiped down. Mirrors and other glass surfaces were cleaned downstairs, but not upstairs. Shower glass door in master bathroom was not cleaned at all. Overall not happy with the work at all.

The EcoMaids team did a superb job of cleaning my house. They finished early. I had asked the coordinator (over the phone) if they could clean my oven, and was there an extra cost. He did not reply; the team told me they could not do that without prior approval, and of course it was too late at that point. So I give EcoMaids a "B" rating because the off-site coordination was not great, but the on-site team was A+

It was fine.  They didn't get as much done as I had hoped, but they did the 2 hours of work.  There were 3 of them and because there were 3 of them they spend an hour and 20 minutes right on the button.  They did 3 rooms, one of which I had just had painted so it was quite clean, but it's alright.  I'm honestly debating I think I will hire them one more time to see if they can actually do more or if their 2 hours really only takes care of 3 rooms.  My kitchen is only 4' wide at the most and maybe 12' long.  The  bedrooms didn't need any work & they did the bathroom.  So the living room, bathroom and the bedroom they vacuumed.  I'm thinking I should give them another shot.  I'm willing to give people the benefit of the doubt.  I might hire them one more time to see if they really do better.  Before they even started they said because you have a special price you know you won't get as much done as you usually would.  That's not a good way to start a conversation.  If I buy 2 hours of time it should be 2 hours of time.  Whether you bought for $79 or $179.  So they were preparing me for not getting a lot done.
