Two cleaning techs showed up on time, if not a bit early. I had the checklist filled out, with an idea of the cleaning process to follow as I have cats who use one bathroom as theirs (meant I needed to get the litter boxes out prior to cleaning that bathroom, along with having another bathroom to put them in while cleaning was completed.). <br>The two young women worked well together as a team, splitting up the cleaning (just as I'd anticipated). They were efficient and good at the cleaning they did. <br>Plus, they vacuumed a couple of big area rugs in addition to the floors and mopped all the tile/wood floor in our house. <br>They walked me through each area as they cleaned it, letting me know what they'd done and if it was to my satisfaction, which it was. <br> <br> <br> <br>

They showed up late. Were very unorganized and unprofessional. Did a terrible job. Didn't even empty the trash. They were so bad, even though I paid in advance for another cleaning, I never called back <br />

It was okay. I didn?t use all of it. I didn?t use the entire deal yet. The cleaning that they did was very good but I never got my third visit. The $99 Big Deal was a good price. I didn't use them outside of the deal you guys offered. I don't know how much they charge on a regular basis. <br />

The first visit, most of the time he spent in the bathroom. Didn't get much else done. second time he did the bathroom and kitchen. He spent most of his time texting or on the phone. I was not happy with the service and would not use it again. <br />

<p>Usually there is one person who works continually for 3 hours on the major cleaning and for 1 hour on the touch-up. They are very amenable to customer comments and are always on time unless there is a problem (it happened once) when they called to let me know they would be late.</p> <br />

The first time an individual came out and she did a fantastic job, I would recommend her highly. The second time two individuals came out and there was an issue, but the owner came out and corrected it.

The deal was not I expected it to be. I thought it was not written very clearly in the advertisement. It did not point out that there would just be 2 people working. I think it is separate, 3 hours of housecleaner and 4 hours of housecleaning. They ended up being half of that because there were 2 people here. It was not clear to me. They did only at a quick job, I felt. They were not great, only average. I never did use the half of that coupon because it was for 2 visits. I really did not have any experience with them to say too much more but I had made services before and I was not to compare them to other people that I have had in before. They were barely adequate.

We have over 50 reviews on Angies List and out of those reviews, we are one the highest rated cleaning companies in Tucson. The deal you purchased is more of a maintenance cleaning since most initial service visits take at least 6 maid hours of cleaning. It is always unsettling to me having a member that is unhappy with our service for any reason. That turned out okay. They did a basic cleaning for me. One cleaner came out for 3 hours. They only cleaned the house one time and did not come back the 2nd time, because I smoke. They did not reschedule either. I also want to add that their housekeeper was slow.

If Ecomaids cleans for clients that smoke, it is very important that the house is aired out first and that no one smokes in the house while the cleaning is being performed due to the fact that we can not have our cleaning techs and equipment smelling like smoke when we arrive at our next clients house. Many of our clients use Ecomaids due to the fact that we are eco-friendly and that our products and service are healthy and all-natural. Before your second visit, we asked you to open your windows and not smoke in the house before our arrival. Unfortunately, that did not happen and we had to leave."
