Fine. I did not realize and it was never discussed that the quote did not include a new moisture barrier which I would like to have.

Project went very well from quote through completion. Price was very competitive. Team was prompt, hard working, and neat. They made sure we were able to review the finished project areas before signing off on their work. All (sales, admin and install crews) were professional, polite and respectful of us and our property. They acted as a very professional company. I called to schedule an estimate, the gentleman showed up the next day. He explained in detail what they would do and was willing to negotiate the cost. The day before work their scheduler called the confirm I'd be available. They showed up on time, worked diligently, and cleaned up before they left.

We had initially contracted with a company recommended by our contractor, and that company did a horrible job and didn't even finish, then billed us anyway! So we had to find a company to clean up the mess and take up where they left off. Ecomaster was perfect. The sales rep was very responsive, a great communicator, and they took care of the job in a timely manner. We're very happy with their work and highly recommend them.

Jonathan was super responsive to my questions and very involved in the process. His crews were professional and easy to work with. The job took longer than expected (as often happens when dealing with an older home) They maintained their composure and continued providing high quality work. THey used plastic to protect my floors, and were very careful in the house.

Ecomaster did an excellent job putting in the insulation. They sealed the attic, put in blown in insulation, plus weather striped and sealed stairway . They made an error in what to charge us- the attic space was larger than the house diagram showed. So, they actually charged us less than they should have. But they held to original estimate and didn't charge us more. I appreciated their honesty and integrity in keeping their word and holding to the original contract. There was also a rebate from Duke Energy that we were supposed to receive for putting in the insulation. It took 6 months and a lot of follow up on their side but they kept at it, kept us up to date and we finally received the rebate. I am very grateful for the work they put in after the sale. Our energy bills have dropped dramatically since the insulation was installed.

Despite the later start and the midday heat, the team put forth tremendous effort in sealing my attic. They even filled out the paperwork for my Duke Energy rebate. Highly recommended

It turned out wonderful. It took more than a month because there was confusion behind ordering and getting the right measurements. They had to come out a couple of times. I ended up adding two more windows. Everything turned out okay.
