We purchased a deal from Angies List but due to excessive dirt we were charged an additional amount for deep cleaning.  <br /> We were told the dirt would not bleed back through but some of it has and that is why the hall does not look as clean as it did just after the cleaning was done. <br />

Service was excellent.  All the spots in carpet were removed. Carpet looked good as new. <br />

Arrived on time and performed the carpet cleaning as promised.  Two stains were removed successfully, although one is still slightly visible. <br />

They cleaned all of the carpets on my 2nd floor. Even stains he couldn't guarantee were gone when he finished. <br />

It turned out fine. The price was reasonable. I wouldn't use them again only because the process doesn't seem to work very well with the dog odor.

This carpet is beige in color and was installed in 2001.  We have had it cleaned twice before and cleaned it once ourselves.  We also have 3 dogs in the house.  We have lots of company with small children stay with us.  Our carpeting has taken a beating.  There were wear patterns, leftover stains-the kind left when you use a spray on carpet cleaner to spot clean, and traffic areas that were dark.  Mr. Diaz told me he would do what he could.  He worked for and hour and a half.  I was very impressed with how my carpeting came out!  It was so much better than I expected.  My husband came home from work and he was amazed at how the carpet looked.  There was no leftover mess when Mr. Diaz was done.  We will definitely use him again and will let anyone who asks about carpet cleaning service know about his company and good work done.  I wish I had taken before and after photos-everyone would see the great job he did! <br />

Hector Diaz called and scheduled the appointment.  He arrived exactly on time.  He moved  furniture as needed, vacuumed and then cleaned the carpet.  It took about  75 minutes.  I had pet stains that I asked him to pay particular attention to and he cleaned those perfectly.  I am very satisfied.  He was careful about opening doors to prevent the cats from running out.

Econo-Clean LLC did an excellent job! I am very pleased with there work, and will hire them again to do more carpet cleaning in my home!

<p>It went fine but, when I was trying to schedule, I was told the price might be more when they got there if the areas were bigger than they anticipated.  When I explained that was unacceptable and fully described the areas to be cleaned, he was happy to guarantee the price.</p> <p>However, I have run into the problem of where the service is to be performed several times now.  Vendors seem to pull up an address based on phone numbers but then show up at the wrong location because they never verified where the service was to be performed even after I've given directions which are pretty precise because I live on a one-way street.  </p> <p><br /></p> <p>This, of course, creates problems for the vendor and the customer because it creates delays which complicate everyone's schedules.  </p> <br />

The provider was extremely punctual, showing up exactly when they said they would. They were super courteous to my wife, the person home when the service was provided. They charged us a little extra for the pet spots but gave us a quote ahead of time so we had a choice. We felt the additional charge was worth it and cannot argue with the results. The carpet looks like it is brand new. There are no traces of any of the pet spots, we could not be happier both with the results and with the quality of the service and the people. <br />
