I am a small- business owner. I really appreciate how Dane took the time to understand the situation. He jumped right in and fixed the issue and answered my questions about other computer problems that I have. Economic Computers responded quickly to the service call and gave me options for other hardware and service needs. Dane was very professional, polite, technically savvy, prompt, and he took the time to explain what is the best route to fix the problem. I have requested a return visit later this week. I highly recomed this company for you computer services.

I had a new computer and I was having issues with the installation of the Operating System, could make it work, I contacted Economic Computers for assistance and they were extremely responsive, when I needed help with my computer they always accommodate my inquiries. They always spend time with me, teaching me on how to further continue building my computer as to my current needs. They are always quick & they even followed up with me after the service was done, just to make sure that everything is working smoothly. They were the most affordable computer service providers in my area.

I had been having problems with accessing e-mail and the internet for about a month. I spent countless hours on the phone with Cox; technicians came to the house two time to check connections and change the router/modem, but I continued to have problems. Finally I reached out to Angie's List to see how computer repair companies were rated. Economic Computers had good reviews and I scheduled a time for them to come to the house. Eric came promptly at the scheduled time and didn't quit until he discovered I had a virus on my Mac computer! My computer is once again working well and I am so happy I used this company

The service repair gentleman arrived on time, worked for about 1-1/2 hours cleaning and updating both my desktop and my laptop computer. Both of my old computers are now working like new again. I am very happy with the results.
