What really stood out was their willingness to come back out on a weekend so they could explain everything clearly to both my husband and me together—it made a huge difference in helping us feel confident and informed. Water Treatment & Purification System - Repair or Service
They sunk my house. While installing a water treatment system the plumbers broke my main water valve off. They did not have the correct tool to shut off the water at the street. It was too short. Two thirds of my house flooded. Recovery was a nightmare. The insurance agent tried to rip us off and was very rude. I had to get my homeowner's insurance to reel her in and get her to play professionally. Living in the house while the dryers ran was miserable and the rebuild took forever.

This was my 1st time using ECO for plumbing repairs (have previously utilized them for HVAC services). Both Hayder Saleh (technician/plumber) and Will Lutz (plumbing mgr) were absolutely a pleasure to deal with. Hayder completed all the work I needed finished promptly and professionally, while Will became quickly involved with my concern over a problem/concern arising from a subsequent billing snafu (due to nobody's fault but rather a "software glitch"). David was great. We determined the source of the water leak was a seam at the back of my Bradford and White water heater (1 of 2). After discussing options to replace both water heaters and choosing a couple of add-ons (electric anode rods and a membership) we questioned whether or not the water heaters were still under warranty. David determined they are under warranty, so all previous decisions were revisited. David didn’t flinch and quickly determined how we could move forward, and provided me with a new quote (labor) and timing for the replacement. The new water heater (decided to replace only the defective one) will be replaced tomorrow (Sunday). We’re looking forward to it. Thanks, David, for all of your help!
