We close off all possible entrances of the animal, from mice all the way to raccoons, with galvanized steel wire that is painted the color of your house. Next we put a one way door in the most trafficked entrances to allow the animal to leave and never return. Then we apply a completely safe, EPA exempt phenome that directly effects the olfactory systems of the animal, encouraging the evacuation of the animal. After a few weeks we return and take off the one way door and seal off the opening.
