EcoSafe Dry Carpet Care (Formerly Burgess Carpet) serving the DFW metroplex and bringing 21 years of experience to you. We only use skilled workers that speak English. We do not contract work out; we proudly serve our customers with the best service in North Texas. We use HOST products that are safe, dry, leaves no residues, removes allergens and is a certified green product. In 1994, I started this company and continued to work endless hours. Not only building the business, but learning how to perfect carpet cleaning. I’ve made mistakes along the way, as any apprentice would, but they have honed my skills into the expert I am today. My chemistry background allows me to recognize the safest cleaners to use, and not rely on aggressive chemicals that are typically standard in carpet cleaning. After 20 plus years of leading this company I keep things simple. I approach every customer and job with integrity. I am honest and do not play games with customers. I give customers the information they seek, and then follow up to make sure they get the best service possible. I am proud of the work our team delivers to each customer.

Great. For several years, we have hired EcoSafe every fall before the holidays to clean all our rugs throughout the house. Fernando Reynoso, the owner, does a thorough, perfect job every time. He uses a unique dry process, so there's not much water involved. Also, there aren't long hoses involved that can cause marks on the baseboards or around corners. The results are always spectacular. Mr. Reynoso takes as long as necessary to make sure everything is totally clean. The house looks beautiful after his work. We'll definitely continue to hire him in the future.

Fernando Reynoso did a fantastic job! We have used Fernando for many years because he does such a great job at a fair price. He is reliable and trustworthy. We prefer this dry method of cleaning over soaking your carpet and pad and waiting hours for it to dry. The carpet smells so fresh and clean when completed and it only takes about 20 minutes to dry.

Fernando and his assistant did an excellent job on our carpets, which had not been professionally cleaned in quite some time. He literally "saved" the carpet in one of our rooms.  There were so many spots and a very dirty high traffic area, that we were ready to replace the carpet.  Fernando worked on it for several hours and now it looks like new.  In fact, the carpeting looks like new in all the rooms (and our living/dining room carpet is 20 years old).  When he was finished cleaning the carpet, Fernando dusted the furniture, if there was any residue from the dry cleaner he uses. We plan to have Fernando clean our carpets again in about six months.  We highly recommend this company.

They were very responsive to my needs and fitted me into their tight schedule...even though my appointment was late in the afternoon when things happen and traffic prevents timely arrivals, they were great on keeping me updated in regards to the schedule. Once here, they began the process and I was enthusiastic about the technique they used...during the entire time they were very professional and considerate. Afterwards I was happy with the results, some spots I thought would be there forever were gone...and the rooms felt clean...also I didn't have to put fans on the carpet and wait for them to dry out. <br /> <br /> <br />

I was very pleased.  Fernando spent quite a bit of time explaining the process they use and how it differed from other more traditional steam cleaning processes.  He and his colleague were in my home all day (9:30-4:00), and when they left, you would have not known they had been there except the carpet was much cleaner and was fluffed, and the tile and grout was much lighter/cleaner and brighter.  I worked in my home office all day and they never bothered me until they had to clean the floor.  They worked hard and knew what to do.  Very professional. <br />

We had a fabulous experience.  After I first spoke with Fernando on the phone about his services, he came by to look at all the things we wanted to have cleaned, explained his unique process, and then gave us the cost.  We scheduled a date for the work, and Fernando and Palmer arrived right on time.  They worked very hard nonstop for over six hours and did a GREAT job.  They don't use chemicals, and the fragrance of the cleaning material is very pleasant.  Afterward, the rugs and upholstered furniture look amazing, and our cat trees look brand new.  I admitted to Fernando that I'm rather neurotic about keeping our baseboards and trim pristine, so they were very careful with everything.  No scratches, scrapes or dings.  Plus, both Fernando and Palmer were personable and communicated very well.   <br /> In the past, we used Stanley Steemer, but were increasingly unhappy with them.  Eco Safe is much, much better, and we'll definitely use them again. <br />

Fernando was nothing short of excellent! He was very flexible in schedule due to our ever changing close dates. He came by himself and stayed to finish until 2am. The carpet looks and smells fantastic. This is definitely a much better cleaning process than the usual wet process. We didn't even realize how filthy our tile was until Fernando pointed some things out. Now they are clean as a whistle. It feels like we are moving into a brand new house! He even followed up with us the next day to ensure we were happy with our service. A+++++ <br />

It went very well.  They were on on-time, and it took about 4 hours to complete.  The carpets looked much better when they were done, and so did the furniture.  We are definitely planning on using them again in the future. <br />
