About us
After living 20+ years in south FL our owner, a GA native, is bringing the highest standard of credentials in environmental testing and mitigation protocol to our region. The State of Florida requires licensure to perform mold testing and mold remediation which EcoStrike proudly holds. Even though these licenses are not required to operate in Georgia, we keep all of our credentials active and in good standing. We believe this keeps us ahead of the competition in knowledge and best practices. Every assessment performed by EcoStrike includes a complete inspection of the property including but not limited to moisture readings, indoor isometrics, air and/or bulk sample collection, laboratory analysis, and a complete summary report including protocol. EcoStrike takes pride in providing quality service with outstanding results. We look forward to earning your business and the opportunity to build a lasting relationship!

"[Member Name Removed], You are obviously dissatisfied and as a business owner of course I am concerned and disappointed. I have read your comments and would like to respond for clarity sake. To expect that we would know the total cost of your water mitigation prior to the start of the project is a little unrealistic. The final price is based on the number of pieces of equipment that is installed and the labor associated with the structural drying over the actual time it takes for adequate drying to take place. I was clear that the cost associated with the structural dry out was going to exceed your deductible amount. To be clear, the amount you mentioned in your review of $9,400 includes a 4-day dry out of $3,020.12 and mold remediation of the kitchen of $6,440.71. The mold remediation was necessary because of the amount of time the leak had been neglected. When you made the call to EcoStrike for the water occurrence at your house I personally arrived in less than 1 hour to evaluate the situation. Yes, I asked you to sign our Assignment of Benefits Form because we don't work on any project without some sort of formal agreement. I did explain that the form allowed me to work directly with your insurance carrier for funding on the project. The alternative to the AOB would be for you to pay directly out of pocket and then you deal with your insurance carrier directly on the claim. You did not want to pay directly and like most of our clients, you chose to execute the AOB Your comment about being convinced not to use a public adjuster is just not true. I explained that public adjusters charged a percentage of the payout from the insurance carrier but the decision to use a public adjuster or not was yours to make. Your insurance carrier did deny the claim initially but I never once asked you for payment. I did encourage you to pursue the carrier for payment through an Attorney because in my opinion, you did have a legitimate claim. In the end the carrier conceded that to be the case. We have patiently waited since completing the project in March for resolution and payment. We have carried the expense of our labor, materials, equipment, and overhead costs since March but never once called you for payment. You said that we over charged for the work we performed which is not true. We have to prepare our invoices based on insurance industry standard rates. The insurance company has a field adjuster that approves the costs, then a desk adjuster, then pier review if necessary. All 3 reviewed our invoices and approved them for payment in full. The work EcoStrike performed was very good. We were able to perform the structural dry out in 4 days and the mold remediation inside of a week. Your comment that we spent maybe 6 hours is not true. I personally hauled the trash from your backyard and put your dishwasher in your garage. It was done on the Saturday following completion of the remediation and if anything was left it was for the benefit of being viewed by the insurance adjuster. I have no idea how you came to the conclusion that we were rude, aggressive and manipulative but that is not our mode of operation. We have performed thousands of projects and I'm sure you would not find one customer that would substantiate that accusation. [Member Name Removed]this has been a long drawn out process and I am sure you would like to put it behind you. I would, but not at the cost of leaving you with a grudge against EcoStrike. I can't control your emotions but feel the need to express my side of the story so that others would have an opportunity to draw their conclusion based on all the facts. Lamar Moore President"

"Thank you for your review. I'm glad you were happy with our work. We actually don't have a minimum - we price the job based on the scope of the work required.
