Originally came and diagnosed the problem on Tuesday 10/15, told me I needed to order a part and that he would come back to install it. They charged me $60, and said they would charge me another $60 when they install the product for a total of $120 I ordered the part, and asked them to come install on Monday 10/21, they agreed. I confirmed with them on Sunday 10/20 that I had the part, and they did not respond. On Monday 10/21 I texted this person, and they did not respond. Overall: They charged me $60 to look at the washing machine but did not finish the job, and did not respond to any other text after taking 50% of the money for the job. I will update if they ever get back to me, but as of now, I have had to hire someone else to come finish this job.
