I am a landlord with multiple properties in DC and Virginia. I have worked with Mr. Edgar for the past 10 years on numerous projects big and small. Mr. Edgar has prepared many of my properties for sale, and has also done complete gut renovations of houses I've purchased. I think what stands out about Mr. Edgar is his attention to detail and high standard of quality. He is also very experienced and there are very few problems he hasn't seen before. I highly recommend.
