Even though we had a really tough situation (which was out of their control) we knew we could trust them to make it happen! It went excellent.  First of all, they are regularly communicating with you every step of the way so you know what is going on.  I was able to refinance my home, saving over 4% on my interest rate and reducing my payment greatly.  Best of all, with their reasonable fees, my closing costs were significantly less than any other company I looked at.

If you get into a business relationship with someone and everything that they tell you is what you want to hear, RUN!!! <br /> <br /> Tom is a straight shooter. He told me what's going to work and what's not going to work. No cutting corners; is either you qualify for a loan or you don't. There are no grey area when it come to obtaining mortgage. Whatever your income qualify you for is what you get. I have dealt with other mortgage brokers in the past and know the difference. I will highly recommend Tom to anyone, anytime, and anywhere. It went very well. Ken was in constant communication with me. I even called him after business hours and he returned all my calls and emails the same date. Lender had multiple conditions for the loan to close that Ken promptly supplied. Closing was set up and completed on time. <br />
