We hired Edison’s maintenance to replace the flooring in our den. Sterling tiled our entire den 20x30, his work with impeccable. We were so impressed with his work we hired him to do our kitchen floor. Before he could tile the kitchen he had to go under the house and reinforce and level the floor. He installed a new subfloor and then laid the tile. Since then he has been here do multiple Jobs. He replaced our hot water heater, fix the plumbing in our kitchen sink, replaced a door and door frame in our hallway and bedroom, he installed the ceiling fan for us. If you want quality work Edison’s maintenance is a way to go.
