I spoke with them on the phone and explained the length of my line. They didn’t have the correct length camera line for my drain as it is pretty long. They refunded me for the deal.

It was a terrible experience. I was supposed to get a free inspection and that never happened. He charged me $100 each for each toilet. More recently, they never returned my call.

It all went well. He was originally only doing a tune up based on the big deal, but it became obvious that the parts needed replacement, so this was an additional charge (as expected) <br /> <br /> <br />

The service went well. The technician was very nice. He was not able to repair the toilet, but he did try very hard. We ended up having to buy a new toilet. I did have to wait a while to schedule the service because they were quite busy. He did show up to our appointment on time.

Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and even showed me how to do a minor repair myself. I believe it was John who came out. I would use them again and refer them to others. <br />
