Went great! Beautiful work and it was a lot of work. Lots and lots of prep work and repair. Was easy to communicate with Mr. Carroll and he was a straight shooter and called it like he saw it. Even made some other repair recommendation of things he observed and I had him do that as well. I was very happy with his work and his prices were competitive and I feel fair for the task at had.

Ed Carroll came over looked at our home, he knew exactly what we needed done, he gave us a written quote and our search was over. Everything was addressed and he and his crew went to work. He also did some roofing repairs and fixed broken tiles. We couldn't be happier with the results. They did an excellent job, on time in 5 days. Thank you, Edward Carroll

Mr Carroll painted the house about 10 years ago, we hired him again and again he did an amazing job!! The stucco repair was absolutely seamless!! My neighbor was so impressed he is now painting his house!

Edward Carroll Painting did a fabulous job of painting the exterior of our home. The repair and prep work was extensive and Edward Carroll did it all to the highest standards. The painting of our home was a big job and was completed in a professional and timely manner. I am so impressed with the level of workmanship. We are thrilled with how our home looks now! It was completely stress free. Mr. Carroll is a true professional. He explained in detail what steps he needed to do take complete our job with no hiccups. He cleaned up at the end of each day. Honesty you wouldn't have known my house was being painted. Also I wanted to give kudos to Mr. Carrolls crew. Everyone of them were also very professional. The bottom line - the end result my wife and are want to thank the Carroll crew for a job well done. Yes I WILL use again. And we will refer to everyone i know. FYI. Mr. Carrolls bid was not the cheapest. But I knew after doing our 1st walk through i felt like he was the best person for my job. Man was i correct.

Very happy with the finished work. The crew was very thorough and was able to remove much of the old Texcoat . Primed and painted all of the of wood under eves, facia boards and trim wood. Application of paint was done with care. Communication regarding aspects of the job were excellent. Clean up was done to the highest standards. This company only does one job at a time so the entire crew is focused on your job. Highly recommend Edward Carroll Painting and we plan on using him again!

I was pleased that Mr. Carroll was able to do it all. There was a lot of deferred maintenance on what is now a rental property. It had the additional factor that I was doing this all from my residence out-of-state. The whole process was done in a professional manner with payments issued by thirds through completion. I may break down and paint the interior after this experience. If I do, I will call Mr. Carroll first.

Excellent work. Very thorough in preparation. Washed down entire exterior. Patched and fixed many holes and stucco. Thorough preparation of wood under eves. Final details were carefully completed. Workers were on task. Mr. Carroll sees that the job is finished before going on to another job. Was very comforting to know we had his full attention. We are delighted with the finished work. Highly recommend Edward Carroll painting!

He was good, real clean and didn't make any mess. Clean everything and took away the trash. I like them. Shown up on time and did everything in one day. Good service and they've been around for 40 years.

It is rare to find a vendor who arrives when promised and does excellent work for reasonable prices. Ed is a skilled craftsman in both painting and roofing. This helped me immensely, as my house needed both painting and roofing work. He gave me an accurate quote, and followed through when promised and on budget. I highly recommend him.
