Absolutely the best experience I have ever had with solving a problem ever. Jason called me within minutes after I contacted Angi List. Came over same day and diagnosed the problem. Gave us what we felt was an extremely fair quote to repair a 20 year old washer. We called and told him we accept and asked when he could repair it. And when he said tomorrow, I was shocked as he got the parts, showed up when he said, repaired it and was gone. Most importantly, he was extremely conscientious, polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and considerate. Best experience I have ever had being serviced.

Jason, the owner, got right back to me after I requested a quote. He showed up when he said he would, after calling to confirm he was on his way. He was very polite and nice, even vacuumed the inside of the dryer while he had it apart.

We needed both our washer and dryer fixed. Washer was leaking and dryer was making a bad knocking sound. Called him and left message. He asked me to send pic of machines info, which I did. Didn't hear back for 5 days so I texted again. Made appt for service. He came over, diagnosed the issues, and had to go get parts. Came back and replaced the drum on the dryer but couldn't find the hose to repair the leak on the washer and promised to get it the following week. I paid for both repairs fully expecting him to come back. This was Sept 29th. Still hadn't heard from him by Oct 9th so texted him again. Texted again Oct 14th, received response that he'd call me. No call. Texted again Oct 22nd. He claimed he lost my number and made appt to fix washer. Never showed up and no response since. Crook!
