Evandson & his crew showed up when they said they would, did a great job remodeling my bathroom. His experience at his craft was very valuable with some suggestions to make the project better. Reasonably priced & his sub contractors were great too. Will hire again for any future projects.

After several attempts to find someone who could perform the work at a fair price and within our timeline we found Evandson. He called within an hour of receiving our request, came the next day to see the work we wanted, and quoted us a fair price. He said that he could start the work the next week, and that it would take 3 days. The weather did not accommodate him, but he came as soon as it was possible. The work took 4 days, because he found carpenter ants and advised that we address the problem before he installed the skirt. We appreciated his candor, found an exterminator, and Evandson came back and finished the job. The work was as professional as Evandson and his coworker. We will have them back to quote our next project.

We hired Evandson to remodel our basement and add a bathroom. He spent a lot of time communicating with us and helped to finalize the floor plan. Evandson is very good at coordinating plumbing, and electric, framing, finishing work and inspection. Every step was carried out without delay. The entire job was completed and passed inspection within 2 months and we are very satisfied with the quality of work.

Evandson and his team were great. We were able to discuss aspects of the backyard deck rebuild in advance and also some material choices beforehand and along the way as they came up. He seemed open and flexible to discuss and implement details of the ongoing work to get us to the outcome in what we asked and would be happy with. Great work!

What can I say that other folks haven't already? Evandson and his team were a pleasure to work with. Friendly, thorough, competent, and the end results look and feel great. I should mention that the city slowed down our project by requiring a registered architect draw the plans, a certified surveyor and a stamp by a structural engineer. While it seemed to us that was overkill, Evandson handled the delays and the paperwork for us. Even the building inspector at the final inspection had a grin on his face "They do some nice work, don't they?" was how he put it. That's a pretty good summary.

I hired this company to replace a deck in my backyard. Evandson provided me a competitive quote. They started working immediately after the building permit was issued. They were very professional and efficient. Within a few days, they had taken down the old deck and put up the new frame. Evandson met me at the Home Depot to let me pick out the decking materials. The entire project was completed in less than two weeks, and the result was great. They did a good job cleaning up and removed all the debris. This is a very good company, I can recommend them to anyone.

Evandson and his team were prompt, thorough and communicative throughout the entire project ( 3 weeks!). We have a gorgeous composite deck that will last for years. The design fits our yard perfectly. The team worked very long days and cleaned up the area nicely when done. I would hire them again in a minute!
