Caleb did a very thorough job of explaining everything we needed to know about replacing a roof and doors and windows. He listened to what our needs and concerns were and gave us a proposal that met those needs exactly. Everything that was promised was provided exactly as Caleb said it would be. The crew that put the roof on were very professional and thorough in their prep, installation and cleanup. Caleb was at the worksite every day and when we had the final walkthrough, the one small issue (not related to the roof but a previous gutter issue) was addressed and will be completed. The finished product looks fantastic! I highly recommend Locke and Ladder!
