I have been using an another company for six years because I loved them, but it's a very small company and sometimes it takes a while to get the service that I need. I realized it had been a year since my last maintenance service and I needed to have that done. EF Martin came highly recommended to me by several friends. Absolutely excellent. They were able to get me on the schedule very quickly and work with my hectic schedule so that it did not disturb my business. Receptionist was friendly over the phone and gave me an exact amount of how much everything would cost. The technician, Jeremy, came out. He was on time and very professional. I appreciated the care that he took to put things back at my office. And they already have me in the system so that in six months, I'll be reminded so that we can stay on a schedule.

I cannot say enough great things about how quickly EF Martin responded to my urgent call and got our heat back on during a recent cold snap. Jason, our technician, worked hard to get to the bottom of our issue. We still have some work to be completed but he and Andy were able to get the heat going until they can schedule the work that must be done to correct an installation issue of another HVAC company. I am so thankful to Jason and Andy! I would highly recommend EF Martin and their team!

Called EF Martin for annual furnace maintenance service. Had no problems getting someone on the phone to schedule the appointment. The attendant was very pleasant and efficient. I was scheduled for 2 - 4pm appointment. The technician arrived at 2pm, which was great. Dennis was very thorough and explained everything to me clearly. I highly recommend this company!

Technician was very polite and professional from start to finish!! He also wore shoe cover when entering my home. Everyone is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I wanted to have them replace my unit...I just couldn't afford it even though they were fairly priced. I trust them and each check up goes well. I was told when I would probably need to address my issues was not forced to tricked into buying anything,

My heat went out in the middle of the night. The tech came right out. There was no after hour fee since I am a maintenance customer. The part was not available for 2 days but they were kind enough to provide me with heaters to keep me warm untilit was replaced.

Could not have gone better. Called about an estimate, had someone come out with all the info on a Friday morning. Spoke with the office about the estimate, to go forward. They were able to get techs back the same day to install the system! My husband is no longer sneezing in the house, we can sleep better, and we are having to dust less.

Did not feel like much was done on the 'servicing' side, but 'inspections' were in depth. New filters were supposed to be included with each trip but were never given any. Unit was looked over well and all issues were reported and explained. Technician was very easy to talk to.
