I called E&G Exterminators because we had yellow jacket bees in our house. I called and they came out right away. Their technician, Marco, was very polite and professional. The bees got in where the brick and the siding meet in the front of the house and ate their way through the wall. Over 500 yellow jackets killed.

Arrived on time, did the job very well, and were pleasant and friendly. They were quickly responsive to any questions I had. I would recommend them.

This company has been a nightmare. Do not hire them. It’s been almost one month and $800 and they have done nothing for our rat problem. In fact it’s only gotten worse. Our home is being destroyed while E&G can’t even bother to show up for scheduled appointments. What I would like is a refund and for this company to come pick up their non working bait houses. ***The attached photo is a rat we caught on our own today 5-18-20

Terrible service, terrible value. For one, it took them five months to figure out how to get the squirrels out of our roof, and they would never come to check, I'd have to call every week to have them come back as the squirrel ate yet another hole in our house. They just kept moving the one way tunnel which clearly was not working. When by becoming assertive they finally agreed to use metal mesh in addition, finally the squirrels were gone. Like I said, this took FIVE MONTHS. As if all this wasn't bad enough, the REFUSED to fill the holes they put the mesh over with a putty or spackle. Refused, told us to call a roofer. THIS COST $700 and you're not even going to patch the holes that were created because you did a lazy job? Never again. I would definitely NOT recommend these scammers.

The person who came to check was wonderful and did a through check of the whole house. They sent the technicians over in the same day and bait traps were set immediately.

We paid for this service last summer and have kind of been stuck with the company ever since. We bought 7 treatments for a pretty reasonable price, however the treatments really did nothing. The company didn't seem to have much of a problem retreating the yard multiple times for each treatment. We probably got the yard treated over 10 times during the past year... the problem is that the treatments DO NOT control the mosquito problem whatsoever. Our neighbors pay a little more for another company to spray their property. The mosquito population is like night and day. Our treatments have finally run out and needless to say we will be opting to go with another exterminator... I guess in some cases you get what you pay for. I would not recommend E&G Exterminator's for their yard treatments to anyone... their office staff were round and it was a waste of money no matter how many treatments they provided.

It went very well and the inspector gave me more insight than expected.

It was excellent. We received an estimate two days after contacting E&G and that number was right on target and a very good price. The two men who showed up to do the work were totally professional, polite and very helpful. They explained the problem, what they were doing and even showed us the source of entry that caused the entire situation. By the time they left, the area was cleaned up, fresh smelling and secured from future mouse invasion.

There were none there at the time, so he sealed the area.

The service went very well. They were friendly, courteous, and explained everything to me.

As home buyers, we have engaged Accurate Inspections, Inc. to inspect two homes for us (I have reviewed their work separately), and in both cases, they have arranged for E & G Exterminators Inc to conduct wood-destroying insect inspections at the same time (we have paid E & G separately, and it is our understanding that there is no relationship between the companies). While the first exterminator was professional and thorough, the second was neither. <br> <br>Well into our second home inspection, our home inspector called E & G to confirm that the exterminator was coming. He arrived shortly thereafter, complaining about the number of jobs he had that day and the distance between them. While it was Memorial Day, and we appreciated him being there at all, that does not justify his lack of professionalism (as he pointed out, he was being paid overtime). The exterminator then conducted his inspection but failed to notice some of the evidence of wood-destroying insects that our home inspector had already flagged for us. Fortunately, our home inspector was there to share the additional evidence with the exterminator. Ultimately, the exterminator quoted us over $1,000 for treatment ("a deal"), but he said that before proceeding, the sellers would need to clear their garage so that the exterminator could conduct a more thorough inspection. <br> <br>We engaged a second exterminator to conduct a follow-up inspection, and he (a) did not charge us for the inspection, (b) completed it without requiring that the sellers clear their garage, (c) quoted us less than $1,000 for treatment, and (d) generally inspired more confidence. <br>

It worked well. They didn't overcharge. Overall, it was about average. The price was good. They did a very good job. They made the ants go away. It worked.
