Next time you walk by an egress window on one of these flipped homes - check out the workmanship - crooked, leaking glue out the sides, certainly no permit. I know this because I have witnessed it AND I called one of those "cheap" window people for an estimate (notice how they are ready at the drop off a hat and then drop out of sight when there are problems? The window placed by Egree Inc is perfect. Was it more expensive - not much more than as egress window placed in 2013 that was equal in quality. It was also permitted, inspected, and sits level without leftover glue seeping out the sides. Was there a wait time - not more than I would expect from any quality provider. I was kept informed on the timeline and the window was completed as promised. BONUS - the workmanship is guaranteed and the company will be around to stand behind the workmanship. Excellent work.

Egress Windows provided a detailed estimate with firm price that covered all phases of an extensive project -- 2 egress windows and five basement-level replacement windows (all are vinyl windows). From start to finish, Egress Windows provided the highest quality communications and services, completing the job on on time and within budget. Their workers were considerate and they cleaned up everything, and there was no damage or soiling of the brand new carpeting in the affected rooms. Along the way, we added clear coverings for the window wells that were not outfitted with egress windows, and Egress Windows accommodated the late change without a hiccup. We could not have asked for a more professional, cost-effective way to update and upgrade our basement windows, and adding safety by making two rooms have code-compliant, well-engineered egress windows. We happily recommend Egress Windows for those looking for the same quality of service and product.

The guys that performed the work were great. The installation went well, and everything was cleaned up by them when they were finished. They showed up on time, and the work was completed in the time they told me it would be. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, or to recommend them.

Excellent experience with this company from the first call to schedule a bid to the final inspection. It was clear when we first called the Egress INC office that this company offers superior customer services. The women we spoke with on our initial call to schedule an appointment were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. They gave an overview of the bidding process and a gross estimate of the costs. The owner came out to provide a very detailed estimate and provided a potential timeline. Again, clearly knowledgeable and very professional individual. There was no high pressure sales, but instead a detailed explanation of the company, its employees and the work. We immediately felt a sense of reassurance that the work would be completed by experts. The installation team was equally professional, polite, pleasant and extremely respectful of our home. Prior to each day of work we were fully informed of the schedule and work to be preformed. all work was completed on time and, in fact, a day ahead of the original schedule. The office staff did a great job of keeping us informed of the county inspection schedule, including a follow up call to make sure all had gone well. The inspector commented that the job was well done. A few days later we had another basement remodeling professional out for a quote on finishing our basement. He commented that the job was well done and that he often needs egress window installs on his projects and asked for Egress INC contact information. Without hesitation we highly recommend Egress INC. We cannot say enough about how highly satisfied we are with the total experience! Trifecta: Great people, great work, great company!

They were extremely professional and the work performed was very well done. They not only did the 2 window wells in the contract, they cleared out debris from the three other window wells in my house. I think the best part of the day was seeing two of these young men helping my elderly neighbor carry some things as she was working outside. very sweet. :-)

The office staff / owner were prompt and courteous in setting up an appointment to <br />remove and old (20+ year) window well that was pulling away from the foundation due to <br />water build-up. Their employee Chad arrived at the arranged time and discussed the work to be done, the costs with or without a cover. I appreciated the no-pressure, professional and knowledgeable discussion and presentation. <br />I had obtained three other bids but neither were as detailed as this company. It was easy to discern that Egress cared about the customer, desired the business and was a quality provider. Their bid was higher than two others but it was obvious that the job would be done correctly and they would be available should something go wrong in the future. The others......not so much. <br />The original appointment was 2 1/2 months out however a cancellation allowed for the job to be done more than a month early. The custom Lexan cover was installed 3 weeks later. At all times I was kept informed of the progress with follow up calls. <br />I do feel that I got what I paid for. The company consists of quality and professional individuals from the office staff to the workers. <br />

From start to finish, Egress Inc. did a FANTASTIC job! Every step of the process was a breeze, all the way from placing my first call & speaking with Casey to working with LoraLee leading up to the installation and then the team who came out and did the install itself. The gals who helped coordinate everything were polite, honest and always called/did exactly what they said they were going to do and the install team were absolute professionals in everything that they did. The install team cleaned up nicely and placed our existing rocks neatly around the edge of the window well. The work they completed is great...they are a first class operation and I would highly recommend their services to others!

Paul and his crew were amazing. I haven't seen three guys work that hard and that efficiently in a really long time. In addition to busting their humps, knocking out all of that work in the short weather-window they had, they were very professional and friendly too. They really took pains to make sure I was satisfied ... nay... elated... with the work. I wish everyone I contract with for work were half-as-good as Paul and his crew. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I was also pleasantly surprised with the quality of the windows they installed. I hadn't really given it much thought, and just assumed they would be cheapo windows, since that is what we have come to expect as the baseline default.
