In one year they nearly destroyed my lawn. I filed several complaints and the owner was very vindictive and threatening, even coming to my house after I told him I was having Chemo treatments and could not have visitors. They ruined my flowers and had no concern that my lawn looked like crap all the time.

We had a lawn leveled and seeded. The grass looks pretty ok now (1 year later), but there are a lot of rocks in the yard, some bare dirt areas, and while they were seeding, the truck wrecked our side yard.

Egypt Creek does an exceptional job with both landscaping and snow removal! We have worked with them for many years and have been very happy with their quality and customer service! Craig is awesome to work with...he goes above and beyond to keep our yard both beautiful in the Summer months and safe/functional in the a Winter months with our crazy Michigan weather! Craig and his team at Egypt Creek are awesome. All aspects of their work have been A+ in terms of quality and timeliness. One of the nice things about Egypt Creek is they can be a virtual "one stop shop" for your entire outdoor setting. From my annual wood chip/mulch to regular professional lawn care (Who Else Double Cuts Your Grass and makes it Look like Augusta! :) they do it all the right way. Heck, Craig has even does repairs on my pond and trims my precious River Birch trees. Great to have one go to firm for all these landscaping challenges. Also, these guys have provided us the best plowing service we've had since I gave up snow-blowing 25 years ago! Every time I call/text Craig I either reach him immediately or I get a call back right away. My kind of customer service! HIGHLY Recommended.

After years of caring for our yard ourselves, we decided to hire Egypt Creek and it was one of the best decisions we've made. Going to a weekly service kept our yard in tiptop shape from spring to fall and then adding the fall leaf cleanup ensured we ended the season on a clean note. Crew is super nice and professional; owner is easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I do not recommend Egypt Creek. They did not provide all services paid for and the services that were provided were of poor quality and not timely. When I tried to communicate this to the company, the owner responded insisting that I was wrong and patronizingly apologizing for the occurrences of nature. Bad company, horrible customer service.

"We are sorry that this customer decided to enter an untrue review of our company. In fact, as you can see above, she clearly states that all services were performed by entering YES under "Services Performed". This stems from a situation where we informed our customer that, despite spending months trying to get her account paid current, and being unable to do so - that we were left with no choice but to take her case to Small Claims Court to get paid for services rendered in 2017. She informed us, via email, that if we did take her to Small Claims Court, she would enter a negative review about us on Angies List "to get back at us." We will rest our reputation on the other 50+ reviews about our company including winning the Angies List Super Service Award four of the last five years."

Not as well as I had hoped but acceptable. They use a pickup truck for the sidewalk which does create some problems for the lawn as the blade on the truck is wider than the sidewalk. Also, the truck was leaving a pile of snow in the neighbors driveway which prompted a complaint but that was corrected promptly. The person doing the driveway has been excellent and very helpful with a couple of our requests.

Egypt Creek maintains our property as well as our association's common areas. They do a very fine job and are very dependable. Switching to their firm for year round service has made one less headache for us as they always keep everything looking so nice.

We hired Egypt Creek because they plow about 75 houses in our subdivision and our subdivision Facebook page has very positive comments on them. They did a nice job last winter, always kept our driveway clean. We will be hiring them again this season.

Fullpaid upfront. BIG MISTAKE!!! Horrible experience, definitely would not recommend. Only would plow 1/2 our driveway, after leaving tons of voicemails and emailing, promised to fix the problem but never came through. They finally talked about a full refund that still hasn t been received and no longer respond to voicemails or emails. Filled a claim with the BBB and may have to go with the claims into court to get our money back. AWFUL!

"This is not a real review. We have NEVER worked for a customer named [Member Name Removed] This review was placed by a graphic designer we hired to update some marketing materials we have used as a company for several years. We provided the designer with a list of minimum requirements that we needed to be in the redesign, regardless of what design they came up with. When we were presented with the first design, the design did not include the minimum requirements we needed in the flyer. When we pointed this out to the deisgner, we were told not to worry about it, that the second draft would have everything. A few days later when we received the second draft - it, again, did not include the specific requirements which we needed to have in it - and it had taken almost two weeks to get to this point. At this point we decided that this designer was simply trying to get the work out - without considering the quality of the project they presented to us and we cancelled our project. We then received a threatening email from the designer telling us that they would be going on to various websites in an attempt to damage our business' reputation. This exact same review, under a different name each time, has been placed on seven different websites that we are aware of."

Where to start? We hired egypt creek at the beginning of last year after being dissatisfied with our prior provider. <br> <br>Tremendous difference. Grass has never looked better or cleaner. Entire property looks great. <br> <br>Never have to worry about them coming, the come the same day every week. <br> <br>Very impressed with them.

We are very pleased with the service we receive from EC. We hired them on the recommendation of one of our neighbors (and good friends). They have been working on the outside of our home now for 7 or 8 years and we are more than happy. They are here every week to mow, take care of our shrubs in the spring and fall, lay mulch in the spring, plow all winter, etc. They take care of five houses now on our block as other neighbors have jumped on board over the years. Good company with very nice people that do a fine job.

We started working with Egypt Creek middle of last year after we were unhappy with our prior landscaping company. <br> <br>So far Egypt Creek has been easy to work with and our property looks clean and well maintained. They always show up on the same day every week so we really don't have to think about our property - it is always looking really nice. We were referred to Egypt Creek by a neighbor of ours who they had done work with for several years. <br> <br>They came out, listened to what our goals were and provided a great design for a new landscape bed. We were so pleased, and received so many compliments from our neighbors, that we just had them back to add plantings to another bed on our property. And, just as before, when they completed the project, they left our property spotless. <br> <br>I would highly recommend.
