Not only did my floors turn out far beyond what I thought was possible, I'm pretty sure, he's a floor artist. I received 4 estimates. I didn't go with the cheapest quote, I went with the one that was only slightly higher because my gut told me he was the guy that would do the best job. My gut was 100% correct. I can't even tell you how happy I am with the outcome. There is no other option of who to hire if you want your floors to look beautiful again. I'm really happy and would give 10 stars if I could.

He prepped a spot on our floor to show us how different color stains would look before we picked out the color we wanted. The work was completed in a timely manner and the floor looks good!

they did excellent work. we had a the entire downstairs redone including 2 sets of stairs. we had to do it in a few sections but the guys worked with us to get it all completed. our house is 99 years old with the original white oak floor!!! and they look wonderful again!!!

Mark and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with. We installed white oak hardwood flooring throughout our entire first floor. They were stained and finished on site, and Mark and his team completed the project in a very timely manner. They arrived on time each morning, were very clean and friendly, and the quality of work far exceeded our expectations. They took measure to never leave the house dusty when they were done for the day, and put multiple stain choices down for us when we were having trouble picking a color. We received multiple bids before starting the project, and Quality Wood Flooring was very competitive and fairly priced. We are thrilled with the results, and highly recommend Mark and Quality Wood Flooring for any of your hardwood needs.

The Pro's at Quality Wood Flooring, lived up to their name "Quality". They were able to start the project right away, on my schedule. I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. I was a little apprehensive if my very badly stained and scratched floors were going to turn out OK, but "Wow" they turned out fantastic!! On day one they went right to work, it was nice for a change to see Pro's at work knowing exactly what to do. Mark the owner kept in contact with me throughout the process and answered several of my question as they came up, he was very friendly and professional, by day three the Pro's finished on time and really did a great job on my floors I mean they look brand new, I am very pleased and would defiantly recommend them to work on the homes of any of my family and friends.

Nick did a great job with communication before and after and most importantly with the actual flooring itself. He worked around our schedule to make sure that the disturbance to the family was as short as possible. His ability to seemlessly match the new wood with what was already here (and undamaged) was better than I expected - you can't see a seam, etc. between what he installed and the original floor.

Nick did an excellent job installing the wood in the hall and refinishing the kitchen. He was not satisfied with the match of the two woods, however, so he came back, stripped the wood in the hall, and completely redid it until it was a satisfactory match. He did above and beyond what we had expected.

Mark was very fair and honest about the job in advance, and then when we were mid-way, after sanding, we learned that the wood in the floors was different than expected. He met with us again to re-group and figure out if we needed to change our plan for staining and finishing, and he was totally agreeable. We were also worried mid-way because we had never done floors without polyurethane. Mark was totally and completely right! The floors look great with a water based finish, the odor was less offensive and for less time, and the final appearance is beautiful. In all, he was flexible and accommodating to our needs.

Turned out ABSOLUTELY beautiful. Matched the old and new wood perfectly. After they installed the wood they sanded, stripped, stained, and sealed the wood with 3 coats of polyurethane. Turned out stunning! I would use them again in a heart beat.

Mark shared his knowledge & expertise on several occasions through this process, starting with recommendation to replace the floors in lieu of re-finishing (due to not being original and the state of the current floor). His bid detailed the work, related cost and timeframe and met each. He and his crew were very flexible as we had electricians, painters & plaster work going on in parallel. The end result is the floors are now structurally sound and absolutely beautiful.

Mark and his team were amazing!! Our floors exceeded our expectations. They are beautiful. He matched the new wood to our existing floors and you cannot tell a difference. He always kept us up to date on the progress and we always knew what was going on. We love our floors and will always refer anyone we know to mark!! A+ work. Use them!!

The work was done in a timely and professional manner. Mark and his crew were great. They were prompt and courteous. The name fits the work......quality. They kept the area clean as possible (there is always the dust that floats to the walls but was minimal in the areas where the new flooring was installed). Sanding and refinishing existing flooring created a greater amount of dust, which is understandable. All in all, the floors are beautiful and I am very pleased with them. I have already passed on the company name to several people.

Went perfect-the owner was very responsive to our initial inquiries-more than any other contractors we approached. Also the price was very competitive and the work was perfect! We are very pleased with each final result. And the entire process from quote to job done was seamless! Mark came and visited, and his service was just as advertised. He was clear about the job, the materials, the finishes, and most importantly, about the fact that a) he did not do stairs, but that b) he worked closely with Dugans Woodworking and Mill Work, who could complete the stair work. For us, this coordination, including timing of the jobs, and use of the same wood and stain, was a huge plus and solved what had been a problem with three other companies we had sought estimates from. Mark's approach of laying flooring and then finishing in situ also allowed him to work efficiently and provide us with the lowest estimate. He uses his workers to actually accomplish the daily work on the floors, and the workers were polite, skilled and helpful; although we would say that their notion of "don't you worry, we will cover it, there is little dust, we vacuum it" was inaccurate, and we are glad we believed all our friends who said, "Cover everything, tape up cupboards, and doorways, etc." Overall we were delighted and would recommend Mark Grimm to anyone who wanted a quality job at a very good price.

Mark did a wonderful job matching the type of wood in our hallway, so that one cannot tell that the floors were installed 40 years apart. We have gotten many compliments on our new floor, and it looks great.
