All demo work went well. Everything was scheduled and went mostly as planned. I had other contractors working during the time Efrain and his crew were there and Efrain was very accommodating. With jobs this size things will never be perfect or go as planned but Efrain is knowledgeable, responsive, and worked to ensure we were happy with our remodel and worked hard to meet our timeline. Efrain quotes a fair price and follows through with what he says he will do. He is experienced, a good listener, and provides solutions to almost any problem put in front of him. Good business and individual to deal with.

I love my countertops, however I will never use this contractor again and would never recommend him.? Always late, sometimes never showing up!? Countertops were cut too long on 2 ends.? I had to have him return to cut the countertop completely so the plumber could install the faucet. Efrain is a very nice young man but needs to treat his customers with more respect as far as their times.

Efrain did a amazing job. This is my second time that I have had him do a job for me and as expected, he did an outstanding job. He listened to all my details that I wanted in the kitchen. He was very professional and did the job in a timely manner. He had some great prices and put his customers suggestions first. Very happy with my kitchen , which made it more efficient for me, since I use my kitchen a lot to cook and entertain. The granite added the slick finish I was looking for in my kitchen. I would definitely use him again. I am always referring him to friends and family and will continue to. Can't wait to show it off for thanksgiving. <br />

I want to start by saying Efrain is a nice guy and always returned my calls and was on time. I hired Efrain based on the great reviews here. He gave me a fair price. I had him demo and tile my master bath and guest bath as well as my kitchen back splash. From what I understand he was busy at the time and he hired some help, unfortunately the helper was a hack! My master bathroom mosaic tile was so bad Efrain had to come back and fix it. Crooked tiles and grout missing from joints! He also left the grout to dry on the tile so it all had to be cleaned off! A complete mess! The shower floor was a complete disaster, big gaps and more crooked tiles I had to purchase different tile because the mosaic was pretty much ruined and the tile place was out of stock. Efrain did fix it but I had to call him back again because the floor (again) was not level and water was pooling up and not draining properly. Again he came and fixed it for the 3rd time!  <br /> My guest bath also needed fixing. The floor and shower pennyround tile had thinset wiped into the grout so that has to be scraped up and replaced. Also the tile has gaps in some spots and some of the joints are uneven.  <br /> Outside there was an area of my fence that was stained with what appears to be thinset or grout water splashed on it (my neighbors actually complained because it was splashed on their property).  <br /> In all fairness, Efrain did try to make it right and the tile looks ok now.  <br /> All in all it was a very frustrating experience and I would think twice before hiring EH Stine & Tile. <br /> <br /> <br />

<p>We found Efrain, Owner of EH Stone & Tile, through Angie's List and contacted him to fix a crack we had in our granite kitchen counter.  Efrain was punctual, respectful and offered knowledgeable suggestions. We paid what he quoted and he was a pleasure to work with.  He really went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with his work.</p> <br />

Efrain was very professional and friendly.  He first looked at the project and quoted me a price for material and labor on his first visit.  Materials were paid for immediately as well as 10% of labor cost.  Once the stone was acquired he returned to create a template, at which time I paid an additional 40% of labor cost.  There was a bit of a problem with the way his stone supplier cut the counter to his template pattern and instead of bringing an inferior product he chose to contact me and postpone the install until the stone was corrected.  In two days the improvements were made to the stone and he promptly returned to install.  The stone counter was cut with precision, edges were rounded flawlessly, and overall appearance was excellent.  During the installation Efrain noticed that one small portion of the counter would look a lot better with a small backsplash and offered to cut the stone with remaining material and return to install the following day.  He did return and the addition made a big difference in the overall appearance of the countertop.  On that final day he also offered to help me lift and mount the BBQ grill onto the countertop.  I couldn't imagine the countertop looking any better than it does, picture perfect.  Working with Efrain was very easy and personable.  I personally appreciate the decision he made to call me when he was not happy with the original stone cut, he new I was anxious to complete the project for hosting holiday guests but he did not compromise his reputation and explained the situation honestly.  Efrain is very experienced and I would recommend his services to anyone. <br />

Efrain listened to what I needed for my kitchen and bath and even made some good suggestions. He recommended a granite place that was less expensive than where I was looking. I ordered and paid for the granite and Efrain picked it up and took to his shop. He removed my tile countertops and backsplashes, made templates, and returned a few days later to install granite. Made templates of backsplash, and installed them a couple of days later. Did all of the clean-up, polished and sealed granite. Everything fit perfectly, and the seams are nearly invisible. The kitchen is BEAUTIFUL!!  It came out better than my expectations.  Mr. Hernandez's suggestions pushed it from nice to over the top without increasing the costs of the project. <br /> The house is my rental and 40 years old with little updating in the interim years.  The kitchen was sad and dated, but no longer. <br />

Efrain is a man of his word he did a great job and on top of that I needed tile that he was not even installing he went out of his way to go pay for it and pick it up and delivered for me and his work is exceptional I would recommend Efrain to anybody who wants to kitchen or bathroom or anything done with granite. <br />

Mr Hernandez, was a pleasure to work with he came out did an estimate and was very patient with my demands. I must admit I am a bit on the picky side, so with that he was on it with the accurate work and I have to say I have no complaints. I would defiantly be using this company again when I'm ready to redo the tile in my bathrooms. I also had a dead line that needed to be met and it was with a couple days to spare. I do love my new and improved kitchen.

The work was excellent. He was very patient and detailed. Great customer service. He did all the details to my liking. The price was reasonable and fair for the excellent quality of work he did. The quality of work was top notch and the kitchen looks amazing. <br />
