Eisele's did a great and thorough job of grinding up a stump from a large tree I had cut down. Did a great job of cleanup too. Very reasonable price.

Angie Eisele came out and did all the work. She is a hard worker. We contracted to have 20 stumps ground down and everything cleaned up. She went beyond the contract. She ground additional stumps that we did not know were there. They were hidden under spruce trees we had removed. She also cleaned up additional debris that had been hidden by the trees. We would hire again if we had more work.

They were honorable in their pricing and gave a discount since they had done work for me 10 yrs ago. They exchanged a gravestone from one truck to another and laid it in my yard without my permission and without an explanation (the owner dropped it off and the technician picked it up about half a day later). This upset my wife and I because she lost her father 3 weeks prior. In addition, one of the technicians appeared to be recording me, with his smartphone, when he asked for my address. Earlier in the day I was talking to the same technician and I felt that he was messing with his phone on occasion during our conversation.

Karl and his guys are very collaborative, always looking out for the best solution for the customer. We were making changes to the design even on the last morning of the job. I felt very comfortable leaving him and his guys in my house alone.

This is the second time I've had Karl do concrete work for me in the last 5 years. He is generally not the cheapest, but he is absolutely the best! He shows up when he says he will and does the work in a timely manner. Many concrete companies will do the bare minimum and that's why there are so many problems with their work within a couple of years. Karl's jobs will stand the test of time, which is why I have no problem paying a little more for them. <br />

Everything went very well. Karl is a real pro, and takes the time to make sure things are done to a very high standard. I believe that I received an excellent value! <br /> Karl kept me in the loop on progress, and the crew was careful in my yard. After the scaffolding was removed, you would hardly know they were there, if it weren't for the nice chimney work completed!! <br />

<p>Patio has narrow access to it from driveway - Karl's small Bobcat tractor was able to maneuver in tight spaces. Old concrete was removed, new bed of limestone footing installed, and foam barrier installed against house. They repaired previously unseen void in concrete porch step next to patio. Poured concrete to ensure drainage away from house, used brushed finish. Can't believe how much better it looks now with the new concrete! Well worth the investment.</p> <br />

Overall it went well. This was no easy job, and I think that Karl and team went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with the work and final outcome. There were some unexpected problems uncovered after the porch was removed. I believe Karl gave an honest and fair recommendation to fix the problem. <br />

Karl came to the house, gave us a competitive bid and was able to do the work the next week. He and his crew did a really good job, were conscientious and kept a clean work site. They were punctual, finished the job when they said they would, and did high quality work. Karl is great to work with, very friendly and knowledgeable. He has good ideas. We were referred to Karl after a terrible experience with another concrete company in the area. From the initial meeting to the final stages of the project, it was obvious that Karl and his crew take pride in their work. They went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with the outcome, proposing design improvements to our plan that improved the quality, function, and aesthetics of the project. <br /> <br />This project tied in to a previous contractors work, and let's just say the difference in the quality is very apparent. They may not be the cheapest contractor in town, but they are very reasonable. And given the amount of extra time spent making sure we were pleased and that it was going to last for many years, our only regret is not finding them sooner. They do not cut corners like many contractors will, they only seem to know one way to do things. The right way. <br /> <br /> <br />

They demo'd the old steps which required removing more base material than anticipated. <br /> They hauled everything away and poured the new steps. <br /> Mr. Eisele took my wife to shop for the parts for the railing. He then constructed and installed the railing. <br /> He and his crew were efficient and friendly. <br /> All of the work was done well and in a timely manner. <br /> I would like to add that we wanted them to do the work because they had done two other jobs for the us and everything was excellent. <br /> We will use them for all future work. <br />

Karl Eisele and his team provided a detailed estimate, showed up on time, did great work, then cleaned up before they left the jobsite. It's tricky to match the mortar on an old house, but they did a seamless job. All three men were experienced and professional - all personable and respectful. Everything about this experience was positive. <br /> <br /> UPDATED January 2016: This same team came to my house to fix a chimney and liner. Great work for a fair price. They were a couple thousand less than other estimates - including some reliable companies like Bone Dry - but I took a chance on the lower bid because they have done such high quality work for us previously. This was a homerun. They understood both the various challenges of a working fireplace and the look of the Meridian-Kessler exterior. Great work.

They came out and power washed driveway and sidewalks. They thoroughly cleaned driveway and caulking between seams. It rained off/on for next 5/6 days so the sealer could not be applied until Sep 17th. <br /> They did an excellent job. It actually leaves the driveway a little bit darker which I like, but know that it will eventually lighten. Water now just beads on top which I would expect. Eisele has done excellent concrete work for us in the past and continue to do so. <br />

It was excellent. He was extremely open minded in checking into a product that by brother-in-law used in Ohio. He was very open to exploring it as something that he would do. He liked it so much he thought he would be using it other homes.
