I had a roof put on in February 2012. I’ve been having issues with the roof for two years and when I spoke to Jeff, he said he no longer does roofs, big surprise! The roofing companies that have come out to take a look said there is no reason for a roof this new to be in such bad shape.

Jeff is very knowledgeable about all aspects of building and home improvement. The large windows in the house were replaced in one day. Highly recommended, an excellent company. <br />

They were very clear and took time to find out exactly what I wanted and needed. The final product was great. They were interrupted by a storm and gave me a phone to call in case there were any leaks--there weren't. The windows look wonderful. <br />

New HVAC. Termite damage, gutter repair (which was not in the contract). Windows and a man door for my garage. Major kitchen renovations. Custom cabinetry on a smaller scale which was not in the contract. I had new appliances installed. A cabinet had to be raised. I came home from work, my evening focused on moving the cabinet. Didn't notice it right off but Ron had already raised the cabinet. Wow. <br /> Bathroom stuff, the list goes on. I have ideas for more renovations in the future. I will not call anyone else. <br /> Can't recommend them enough. Extremely pleased. <br />

great, we had to change the date a few times due to rain but on the day of service the company decided to have two working crews on the job in order to have it completed in one day, in part by the size of the house, high pitch of the roof, and one day clear of rain. Crews arrived at 0700 and started right away and the job was completed at about 8 pm. <br /> <br /> <br />

The arrived on time an the two men replace the 18 windows that day. They cleaned up after themselves. <br /> We have been pleases with the windows. They have saved us on heating and cooling cost. We can barely high winds and heavy rain during storms Would use them again if needed in a new home. <br />

They were horrible. I wouldn't let them fix me a sandwich. They had a subcontract company come out and do it and these guys looked like drug addicts. They showed up and put the fence up. The gates were messed up. We were on a trip for work, when I got back, three panels from the fence were laying in the yard, they just fell off the pole. I looked at it and the nails that they used were only down into the wood about a 16th of an inch. A light breeze just blew them off. They didn't screw them in, they just used these really crappy nails. So I called them back after that. They came in and fixed it and then I had a problem with the gate so they came out and fixed it. I had another problem, called them again the same day and they came out and said they took care of it. The gate latch was still broken so I called them back out and they refused to fix it. I would never use them for anything. They were on time to put the fence up but any other subsequent times they were going to come out, they either didn't show up or they were late.

"E&J Enterprises installed [member name removed] fence in 2008 and went back out there to redo the fence posts, the problem that the fence is having is the entire yard holds severe water and doesn't drain .The crew went back out and fixed the posts and gate which the home owner approved and then the owner of the company went back out and fixed the other gate which was damaged from the wind blowing when it was left opened and we have not heard from the home owner since then in 2009.We have been out there everytime we received a call from [member name removed]. Sorry you feel this way about the company we have been a BBB member for many years and have a A+ rating"

The installation crew arrived on time. They were unable to install all the windows by the end of the first day because of an early afternoon storm. The windows had been sealed but not all the finishing had been done. The workman who lived nearest to me left his card with his home phone and cell phone, so that I could call him during the night if any of the windows hadn't been yet sufficiently calked and there was a leak. In spite of a have rain, I had no problems and they finished the job the next day. All scrap material and my old windows were taken away and my windows were exactly what I wanted. <br />

We've been promised a final quote, and a visit from the boss for the last 3 weeks. Any time we call the office, they just say he's coming out. We've asked about making changes to the layout, but couldn't get a cost for the additional work. I've called and said that I want to hear from the owner or cancel the job, and they responded by saying they were making the decisions on everything, and then just gave me back to the secretary. I feel that they're making decisions to the job that I should be making myself. We want to make the decisions on the materials that they're installing, but they won't give us the options.

"I Jeff Walters (owner) came out to the job on several occasions spoke to the member about the material that i quoted her and if she wanted to upgrade then it would cost more money she elected to stay with the materials that i quoted her I think the member thought that i was a worker or a foreman as i keep telling her that i was the owner of the company even gave her one of my cards."
