Mr. Eckstrom was my project manager for a modular turn-key home. My contract was signed in March of 2025, with an expected move-in date for late August/Early September of 2025. The project has been greatly delayed and is so far over budget I?m afraid I can no longer afford the cost. Travis Eckstrom failed miserably at the very basics of construction from the start of the project: no on-site dumpster, no port-a-potty and no building plans on site. This resulted in violations from the local building inspector as well as rampant trash throughout the home from subcontractors. Mr. Eckstrom does not respond to emails, text messages phone calls or the company?s messaging through the BuilderTrend site. He fails to update the schedule, get multiple bids from subcontractors. I fear my costs have been unfairly inflated due to his hiring subcontractors from across the state, as I pay or the expenses incurred when driving over 2 hours to my site. Travis and is team went above and beyond for us! He made sure everything was done in a timely manner while staying within our budget. The subcontractors he hires are professional and have amazing customer service.
