Great job..worked efficiently...would definitely hire again!

I had E-TEC install our attic fan on the roof last week. The whole project literally went so well. I talked to Heidi, she explained and answered all my questions very kindly. She explained that E-TEC has a fixed price (VERY REASONABLE) - which I liked. And she said that they do not come out just for the estimate - pictures of our house were enough. I liked the approach because many times other companies come out for "free" estimate and try to make up that free time through upselling or higher rate or so. Scheduling was easy. Came out in a week for the install. Mark/Daniel explained what they are doing to ensure that I don't worry about leakage. They were very professional and nice as well. The Installation finished in about 3.5 hours. After the install they explained how to operate (kill switch) or etc. Also, I had some dead mouses in the attic. I had told them I will pick them up later, but they just picked them up and cleaned. And one of the hot days, my wife noticed right away the difference. I can't be more satisfied!

Very well. The Technician was early for the appointment, he used COVID mask and shoe covers as appropriate, completed the job promptly and cleaned up after. I would hire them again.

These folks were great. They made some recommendations to improve things like my lighting design which really worked out great. They completed the project early and did superior work. I would hire them again in a New York minute.

Wow, what a find!  <br /> This was an "Angie's Deal" for ceiling fan installation.  After several negotiations by e-mail with the company about ceiling height (my electrical box is 16 feet up an 18-foot-high cathedral ceiling), I purchased  the fan and downrod and set an instalationl date. <br /> Dave showed up right at the crack of 8 am and got straight to work.  I'd put part of the fan together before he arrived, so that saved him some time.  He was careful and extremely neat -- even to the point of wiping fingerprints off the ceiling (and, really, who's going to see those?).  I expected this to take several hours -- Dave was finished in 75 minutes.  Overall he was friendly, courteous, conscientious, and I'd hire him back any time!

Called on Friday and they were going to come out that afternoon, but we had a hockey game to go to. They called the next day around 10 and were at our home at 10:30. The disposal was replaced. Very nice technician. Left the sink clean and took the old disposal with him. I was extremely pleased with this company.

I was very pleased with the interactions with the customer service representative in the early stage. I was also pleased with the installationi process. The fan was installed on the scheduled date and works as it should. The cost was comparable to other quotes.

When I first called to get an estimate, I had some trouble communicating that I didn't just need ceiling fans installed, but rather overhead power in the ceiling to power the fans. Once that issue was resolved, they were true to their quote and had several guys working for the next day and half with the installation. They did a good job! The fans -- primarily the attic fan -- really kept the house cool this summer.

They called a head to find out the scope of the work and came back within a week to ten days to install. They got all the work done in one day. When they did not have the right switch they went and got it for us.

I called E-Tec at the referral of another Angie's List contractor I'd already selected to install attic insulation. I spoke with them on Thursday after 5:00 PM, and they had their electrician to my home first thing Monday. Krys was great. He took time to investigate the possibilities for an attic fan and explained my options, which were limited due to the attic configuration. He then installed 3 ceiling fans, which took the better part of the day. He also installed 2 motion sensor lights which weren't on the original work order. One fan was a bit noisy when installed and we discussed whether to replace it. I opted not to. Two weeks later, that fan became really noisy, so Krys came back out to fix the problem. E-TEC charged just the base installation cost for this work, which I feel was fair. The only problem I had was a math error on the original invoice (which I should have caught earlier) but Nicole at E-TEC helped get that corrected within a day of my phone call back to the company.
