Harold is a true gem. Arrived on time, explained what had to be done, and did the job at the quoted price. He even waited patiently while we cleaned the agitator. I will surely use him again.

Tech stopped by coming from another job south of me. Was not really familiar with my LG washer/dryer combo. Copied make and model to look up information. Texted him several days as he learned more about the machine. We both agreed the clothes were not drying properly because of an airflow restriction. I disassembled the blower fan and cleaned the squirrel cage blower wheel as it was caked with lint making the curved vanes of the wheel flat. After doing this the unit now dries clothes properly. This is a poor design by LG which the later models have a lint trap that helps remove the lint and can be cleaned out. This model does not and therefore a lot of lint accumulates and does not get flushed down the drain like it is supposed to. I passed this info on to Electrotech so now they may be more knowledgeable about this type machine and how it works.
