We used the Pittsburgh branch, worked with Jeff Lape. Jeff and his crew did excellent work, communicated any issues as they found them, and accommodated all of our change requests. I have pretty high standards which is why I'm always anxious when I hire a new contractor. Jeff and Jay exceeded all my expectations and they are first on my list for any future projects. The craftsmanship was excellent and the price was fair.

From the very first meeting Marc was courteous, professional, punctual, and listened to all our wants and needs. His estimate was very accurate without any hidden surprises. We added many changes along the way and it was never a problem. Marc and his crew are all perfectionists and extremely easy to work with. No detail is missed. Everything was done to perfection. The quality of their work is outstanding!!! I couldn’t be happier. My new kitchen is AWESOME!!!

We contacted Elegance Surface Concepts to have our maple kitchen and fireplace refinished in white. We weren't even sure if it can be done at the time. We met Mark and immediately we fell in love with him! He told us that not only can he get them white, but we can choose what type of white we wanted...(Brilliant white, distressed white, antique white..etc) He showed us a few samples and was very patient with us because we weren't sure what style we wanted to go with. Mark even came back a couple times to show us the samples again. After we pick the style, Mark gave a date he can start and told us how long it would take. On the day he gave us, Mark and his team showed up on time and ready to work. They were extremely neat and careful in protecting all the appliances, floors and walls. Mark removed the cabinet doors and refinished the cabinet casings and fireplace in two days and they looked absolutely amazing.. You would never know we had them refinished. A week later Mark came back with the cabinet doors and installed them. Needless to say Mark exceeded my expectations and he will be the only one I call in the future.. We are now looking to update our upstairs bathroom so Elegance Surface Concepts will be getting a call soon. <br />

We hired elegance to replace our master bath that was original to our home. From the very beginning of our interaction we felt comfortable with Marc. He was never aggressive, and we sincerely appreciated that as we have heard many horror stories about pushy sales people. We were unsure as to what materials we wanted to use and even unsure of where our budget should have been. Marc took a lot of time and was very patient with us as we probably changed our mind a good 20 times. There was a short wait once everything was chosen in order to get the product . Once the project began, everything went VERY smoothly and we could not be more pleased with our new bathroom! Marc is a man of his word and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We constantly rave about this company and suggest to anyone we can that they use them!!! Keep up the good work guys! <br />
