Elegant Outdoor Lighting

Went well. Scott did a great job designing and putting the whole system together. He really knows his stuff.

Checked my outdoor lighting and replacing a few bulbs. The deal just included the inspection, so there were extra charges for the bulbs, but I was informed of this ahead of time. They were a bit late, but other than that it went great! (They were not late by much!)

We got them from Angie?s List.  My husband was the one who called them and he liked the fact that they explained what they were doing so he could possibly do it the next time.    <br /> <br /> My husband was happy with them and this was the second time we had them back because he was happy with them.  

<p>Everything went well.  The lights reflect in our pool, it was a very nice upgrade to our property.</p> <br />

It was a big deal purchase and it was horrible.  They came out and said that they couldn't repair it.  They gave us an estimate for thousands of dollars to redo the lights and that wasn't something we were interested in.  It was like a ten minute consultation and it cost $49 and it was worthless to us.

Arrived on time and quickly diagnosed problem. Offered several solutions and let me choose course of action. The work was done quickly and efficiently. <br />

Did testing of timer/transformer pulled up some of wiring & replaced faulty/corroded connections. <br />

Scott drew up a complete plan based on our wants and several walk throughs. He spent a lot of time positioning each light for maximum effect. Many of the existing lights were broken and non-functional and had to be replaced and rewired.  All lights were converted to LED to lower electrical bill.  Scott was very good at follow up and resolving any issues or changes that came up. <br /> <br />

They did a good job. I liked that they were able to fix the problem, and the guy who came out was very reasonable. They were also easy to get in touch with, but we did have to reschedule once. He did apologize and showed up on time for the second appointment.

PERFECT... Scott was very professional and KNEW what he was talking about.  I had some lights added to our original system that were sub-standard (installed by a licensed landscaper) to say the least.  He located and fixed a problem I had in the front yard, my lights in front quit working.  He located the line/connections quickly,fixed the issue and replaced a burned out buld.  We then talked about re-vamping, adding and changing out my entire landscaping light system.  He came up w/re-purposing some lights from the front yard and adding them to the back yard, plus retrofitting them all w/LED (cheaper to run).  <br /> He is completing an estimate to have everything updated, replaced, changed and lights added. I am soooooo excited to proceed with the "new" system and his ideas.  My only regret is not having him install my landscaping lighting the first time and the second time I had additional lights added.... I will not be making that mistake again... Call Scott, he's awesome!! <br /> <br /> <br /> I have had the new lights and system for a year now, I have not replaced a single buld or had ANY issues with this new system.  I am truly amazed at the service and product he installed/repaired last year.  He was able to re-purpose some of my commercial grade lights and I added some.  I also went with all new wire to make sure everything worked well and not pieced together.  SO HAPPY with the outcome and it ALL works together properly for the first time in years.  <br /> <br />

I was very pleased with Scott's approach and professionalism.  Although this was just a repair job on an old system that perhaps could have been done differently, he was willing to work with what was there and did not do a 'hard sell' to make changes or upgrade.  Before he came out, he called to get an idea of what my concerns were and was able to locate and purchase some bulbs that I had been unable to find so he would have them when he came onsite.  He arrived, as scheduled, and took a few minutes to walk the property and really listened to the problems that I was concerned about.  He pointed out a few things that may be impacting the system or at risk, but did not dwell on what should/could be done differently or better. He then went to work quickly to resolve not only the specific issues that I had identified but also some things that I did not realize were a problem waiting to happen.  Although this was not the time, when we are ready to complete and/or upgrade our property's landscape lighting I definitely would call Elegant Outdoor Lighting again.  I highly recommend Scott and Elegant Outdoor Lighting. <br />

Scott was professional. I had to change the time due to a illness in the family. he worked with me. he was fast and efficient. he has a wonderful personality that is easy to work with. Scott quickly evaluated the problem with each of the lights and repaired them.  This was a Angie's List special, however Scott never takes any short cuts and conducts a thorough examination of the situation and how best to resolve it to his customer's satisfaction. One of our lights was very old,where perhaps another business may have felt this would be an opportunity to up sell, Scott reconstructed the old one and it is working great. This is just one example of his great business ethic.  Scott finished within the allotted time frame thus no additional charges were assessed.  I would highly recommend Scott for any outdoor lighting project small or large, updating or brand new.  I feel that he would always rise to the occasion and provide an excellent service. <br />

Very difficult job but went smoothly.  Time consuming due to terrain.  Went above and beyond  with moving the existing lights to an unlit portion of driveway.  Used again with an Angie's special for small work on rear lights installed at new construction.

Arrived early,  looked at requested items, had parts available and completed repair.

Provider showed up on time, worked quickly, and provided good information on potential hazards we should address. I would recommend this service to anyone. <br />

They had to put in improved connections to the underground wire and some other parts.  Had them install 4 lights on front stairway.

All done within the time frame and price included in the Angie's List Deal coupon.  Only charged an additional $10 for a replacement post that was needed.  Excellent service.  Prompt, polite and patiently answered my questions.
