Excellently! The estimation process was easy, "no muss, no fuss"! The Crew was outstanding and very professional. The roof looks great!

The actual roof looks lovely and stopped all my previous issues. However, I experienced damage to interior walls due to the long term (3 weeks) storage of all my shingles on one side of my ridge. I was told it would be repaired, but we are five months later with no timeline on that project. The cleanup looked good on the surface, but I found lots of roofing debris and cigarettes in my landscaping. I also stepped on a couple nails which thankfully just took out a pair of sneakers and caused no injuries. Overall, the work done looks great and Im not experiencing issues five months into the install. However, I did not feel like my experience was all it could have been based on the numerous positive reviews I read before hiring Element Roofing. *Be aware my work was done in the summer, during a pandemic. Weather and illness aside, the damage to my walls could have been prevented with better communication and better organization of delivery versus start day of this project, which is the only reason I was frustrated.

They are still finishing up the porch, but everything has been outstanding! David was/is the job site manager for both my roof and my porch, and he and his guys are awesome! Any concern I had they addressed it right away, but what was better than that was the fact that any concern I had,, they were already aware of and hand plans in place. The crews have been wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone, for anything.

Owner, Justin Silvey is personable, ethical and professional. From my initial call for a quote to project completion he was available to answer questions and concerns from color selection, dumpster placement and a tricky gutter drainage problem. The Element crew was extremely hard working and courteous, arriving on time and working late when necessary. The quoted price only changed due to numerous wood panels that needed replacement which could not be detected until the original shingles were removed. I was fully informed in the quote of this potential increase, so no surprises there. Cleanup was exceptional as the crew combed shrubbery for debris and used magnetic rakes to find stray nails even in the near lawn edges. The Element roofing crew chief was complimentary of his boss (wanting to please him), his wages and the steady amount of work he receives. We highly recommend Element Roofing for your next roofing project.

The crew did a double tear-off, installed a great-looking, quality roof in a thorough, friendly, and expeditious manner. The team arrived on the appointed time and date, installed the gutters and downspouts quickly and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. They had to order the snow stops separately and it took a little time for them to arrive. The team was onsite on the scheduled day, and they were finished in just a couple hours. Very professional team, came to work and completed both jobs quickly. I am very satisfied with the work, and would recommend them to anyone wanting seamless gutters installed.

Element Construction (Justin Silvey, Owner) was recommended to me by one of my neighbors who did pretty thorough research selecting the company.  I also had two other companies come and give me an estimate and references, but I selected Element based on price, the owner's knowledge, his professionalism, and his references.  <br /> He and his crew arrived on time each morning and worked more than eleven hours each day with very few breaks.  They were as clean as could be, kept their mess to designated areas, did no damage to my landscaping, and were very polite and courteous to me.  In addition, I was impressed by their "teamwork"--no bickering, no harsh words, performed assembly-line activities, and definitely seemed to know what they were doing.  They finished in the precise amount of time that was quoted to me. <br /> I called Justin back with some "nits" after a few days--two small pieces of paper attached to some shingles, and the coloring of an edge that didn't look right.  Justin came back very quickly and reviewed everything and took care of these very, very small things that had added a small bit of imperfection to the result.  <br /> In the end, the roof looks great, and I have received many compliments about it.  He was also instrumental in helping me select the type of shingle and color, and the choice has made the whole house look great. <br />
