Before hiring I told her on phone the apartment was very dusty and everything needed to be wiped with a wet cloth. I wrote on a paper to dust everything, duster could be used for top layer but then use a wet cloth. She only used duster, not following directions and got upset when I told her about it. She only wiped a few things and called it quits, only doing what she wanted to do, not what I asked to be done. She only cleaned the front of shelves in fridge and left back dirty and didn't clean inside the fridge drawers. The same thing for cleaning the kitchen counter, just the front. I have to redo everything because it was done half way. She left me a link to write a review and I gave 2 stars. She contacted me being defensive saying my review was false and never asked what I was upset about. She had taken pictures, without my permission, of my apartment saying pictures don't lie. For example she took a picture of fridge from a distance which didn't show dirt on back of shelf, she took a picture of bedroom from a distance but doesn't show the dust/dirt that needed to be cleaned with a wet cloth. These are a few examples. Bottom line I'm sorry I hired her because she didn't communicate what she would and wouldn't do and gets mad when I say something.

The person didn't follow directions and cleaned what they wanted and what was cleaned was done halfway. Price too high for half done job. Will not recommend.

"I Completely did Everything you ask me to do with cleaning Your apartment $175 I don’t think is expensive even though I went down on the price for you and did extra things for you and you was satisfied until I got ready to leave and you mentioned about the dusting on every tub you had in the room at the top and went back and did it pics don’t lie matter of fact I will post them to prove your service was done right and I gain other clients that’s are satisfied in your apartment you even gave me things to take home you didn’t want out your fridge but idk maybe you forgot to add something else which everything you had on the list I did plus MORE and Half Doing No mam I been doing this for 11 years plus"

Happy with work done, especially how minor complaints were dealt with. Have scheduled for cleaning every 3 weeks. Stephanie and co-worker were friendly and respectful.

The owner and her crew did a GREAT job cleaning our house before our move-in. A family member that used to manage a 700+ Room Beach Resort was with me when I returned to the house after the cleaning and even he approved of their work! Good communication and promptness. Elevate Cleaning Service will be our first call when we need house cleaning in the future.
