Elevated Garage Doors, LLC

Ryan is a scam artist. I gave him a 75% deposit in August for a new garage door and he never followed up on the project. He had an excuse for every time "the supposed door"came in ie: first excuse door was damaged, 2nd excuse door was wrong size, i asked for my deposit back and requested to cancel order, he refused saying its already in process and his third excuse he said door was delivered on 12/22 but he is emotionally a wreck due to death in family and wont be able to finish this project. i said if door was indeed delivered on 12/22 why cant a member of your team install. He said he uses a guy on occasion but cant get him. He is a scam artist and took our $5,000 and ran. He said he would refund our deposit and we never received it. Now his website is off the internet, his phone goes directly to voicemail. Who knows this guy personally and tell me how to get a hold of him. I will get attorneys involved etc. HE IS A FRAUD!

I came home after work and went to open my garage door and the spring broke and the cable came off I called Elevated Garage doors and they came out within the hour and fixed my door. Ryan was so polite and professional and explained everything to me in detail and explain what he had to do and he got it done definitely a life long costumer.
