Jamie did an excellent job....he is very pleasant and made sure the job he provided was more than satisfactory.

We moved into this house a couple years ago and decided it was time to use the fireplace. Not wanting to burn our house down I decided it would be a wise move to get a cleaning done. I am extremely particular on who I pay to get services done by, but a very trustworthy friend had suggested elevation chimney services and I am extremely pleased with their service and price!

I primarily heat with my wood stove, and noticed it was not drawing properly. Jamie showed me a picture , flue was about 50% clogged with creosote !! By far the worst it's ever been. He thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed it, to the point where I could see the tile's color. Although this took far longer than a "normal" cleaning, he charged only $140. I did not request his coupon or senior discount, and paid extra. He was worth it !! He's building a business around WNC, and I highly recommend him. He also installed 2 caps that I had previously purchased. THANKS !!!

Came and found that chimney flues did not need cleaning after all. Was extremely helpful, removing plants from the outside of the chimney and providing orientation to woodstove, and did not charge for the evaluation.

Jamie is just about the nicest and happiest person I have ever met. He arrived on time, explained his services and got right to work. He performed a great job sweeping all three chimneys. After completion, he showed me some potential future issues, so I had him seal the exterior chimneys to protect the mortar from the elements. I was thrilled with the cost and quality of Jamie’s service. I highly recommend him. He even cleaned my dryer vent and now my clothes dry so much more quickly!! Thank you Jamie!!

Fantastic. My chimney looks brand new now. I wanted to hire someone that would be honest and walk me through the process and I couldn't of asked for a better service. Jamie was willing to educate me on the ins and outs of the process and show me the pipes before and after the cleaning. Jamie did a thourough job on my chimney and can't thank him enough. Jamie came and-- - inspected the fireplace - pointed out several positive things about its condition - invited us to use his mirror and flashlight to peer up into the chimney - taught me to discern whether the damper is open or closed (I always found it difficult to determine this) - patiently walked me through the process of opening / closing the damper several times (I’d never done this before) - and pronounced our chimney free of dirt and pollutants. It didn’t need cleaning after all Jamie didn’t charged us a penny for his service call -- but we would have gladly paid for all the time and help he gave us. As he packed up his drop cloth and tools, we assured him he would be our chimney sweep the next time we needed service. He then gave us a special magnetized business card for the refrigerator. It had a dedicated place to write in today’s service date -- a small detail, yes, but such a practical one. Now I’ll always know when our last cleaning was! Thanks for all your professionalism, Jamie! That evening, my husband and I lit our first fire in over a year. It was so warming and comforting -- and we felt so sheepish for needlessly putting off having the fireplace inspected. -- In case you think Jamie is perfect, we discovered one detail he overlooked. He had not proofread his latest batch of business cards -- and his e-mail address was not correct. But having experienced his care in business, I’m betting he’s already called the printer and placed a corrected order.

It went exceptionally well, the gentlemen who serviced my property was named Jaime and he was the very best when it came to professionalism and very detailed in his work. I will definitely be calling them back
