They was great love. The work very efficient

The company quoted $300 to do the install. I ordered the door (36 x 80), picked it up and the company came out to install. Once they got the old door off they realized the door was the wrong size (Home Depot fulfilled a 32 x 80). It was late (they were originally supposed to be there between 2:30 and 3 but did not arrive until 5:30) so I told them just to leave the old door off until they returned the following day. I went over with them to HD to return/replace the door. The company then tried to charge me $555 for the install because they had to make a second trip. I am willing to pay the original quote and the $80 for the return trip, but there was no mention of a trip charge in the original quote. After promise to return and correct the install (4 times) they finally came out and corrected the install. I will not use them again; nor, will I use Angi.com again if this is the kind of people they have in their organization.

Hi my name is Rose, I hired Elevation for my home remodel and it was the best decision I ever made. The girls in the office walked me through each step and was so patient with me to explain the process. They even come out to the jobsite and checked on me several times a week. The crew was wonderful, very kind , and polite. The work was beautiful and if I ever can afford to the rest of my house I will will be calling them back!! I appreciate you guys and gals at Elevation!!!!
