"We provided excellent response to every single call that was made to our office during Kellys' Stages of Demoltion which was a total of 4 services of a completely cockroach infested home from basement to attic from a previous tenant he had. His contractor first set off multiple Home Depot Bombs chasing them into the walls and then called us in the middle of ripping out walls driving the infestation back and forth. Wanted a full refund after 4 prompt services even though only paid for 2 under the agreement. We have provided other successful types of Treatment for Kelly over the year. Showed us a picture of 4 cockroaches in a corner where new sheetrock was installed and wanted money back instead of paying only $125 for a 5th service that was on the agreement. Kelly never showed up on site one time "Absentee Landlord" not wanting to personally be involved in the process. We try to create miracles, but other times hard work costs more money which he did not find suitable at the End"
