It was easy and quick to make the appointment at a convenient date/time. Eli was very professional and polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He did a very efficient and thorough job cleaning the carpets, so we added the sofas and area rugs at the end since we were happy with the results. I'd certainly use him again when the need arises. <br />

One guy showed up and cleaned my floors half way and cleaned my rugs in the bedroom. He did not even get to my draperies and could not clean all my carpets. He was a very nice guy but told me he couldn’t do some of the work. He showd up on time for the appointment and was professional.

<p>We used an Angies List coupon for $200 for 8 hours of cleaning. They did a great job cleaning the carpet, but they put our wood furniture back down on our wet carpet. They didn't put anything underneath the legs which is a novice mistake. The furniture brown stain then leaked onto the tan carpet. I spoke to him about the problem and he said they would come back to clean it. He never followed up with me again. I called them to clean out carpet, but instead their workers left stains because of their carelessness.</p> <br />

They were nice. Everything turned out well.

We used Eli's to clean the carpeting surfaces on our finished 3rd floor and basement, as our toddler spends a lot of time on those floors and we wished to avoid harsh artificial chemicals where possible.  They did a great job and were very professional about scheduling and completing the work.  We will call them again in the future. <br />

<p>It has been awhile since I used them. They were prompt and very thorough. I don't remember the cost but I got a great deal through Angie's List. I had them clean some area rugs and furniture at the last minute. They were happy to take the time and do the extra work on the spot.</p>

Our carpets were not dirty.  We wanted them cleaned for a newly crawling baby.  As they cleaned the carpets, they wore their outside shoes.  So they literally would clean the carpet, then walk right over the cleaned carpet with dirty shoes that were worn outside.  It totally defeated the purpose of what we told Eli that we wanted accomplish.  Eli mentioned that they were also fully capable of cleaning drapes.  Since our custom-made drapes had some dust on them, we allowed Eli to take our drapes to clean them.  When Eli's team returned the drapes, 1 week late (because they were supposedly locked in a truck and they didn't have the keys) they incorrectly hung them and then Eli's worker admitted to us that they were not in the original condition that he saw them in before he took them to get cleaned.  Our drapery company that has been in business for over 60 years came to look at them and said they could never be restored to their original condition.  They were clearly wrinkled and destroyed at the top and they were very noticeably shrunken.  Eli does not have the expertise to clean drapes.  He clearly doesn't understand the different materials used to make drapes and used too much heat to clean them.  When we approached Eli, he said that he could fix them.  Knowing that they cannot be fixed, we are still willing to let Eli try to fix them as the first step to resolving this matter.  Basically, he wants to try to take down the hem and make the drapes longer.  The drapery company said this will not work, told Eli this will not work yet we are still willing to give Eli a chance to try his solution.  The only problem, Eli will not respond to his emails or messages left on his telephone.  We are unable to resolve getting our $1600 custom-made drapes repaired or replaced because Eli does not respond to his customers when there is an issue caused by his company. <br />

The carpets appeared to look good right after the cleaning, but a week later they appeared dirty again.  They just cleaned the surface of the carpets.  I’ve bought my own carpet shampooer and will clean them myself.

This did not go as well as I hoped.  I don’t have a lot of carpets so I wanted my blinds cleaned as well.  The first crew didn’t clean blinds so Eli said he would send a second crew to do the blinds.  The carpets didn’t look very well after the cleaning.  There were now blotchy spots on the rug and stairs.  The next week, Eli came out and said with my remaining hours that he could do the blinds on my first floor.  When Eli was at my home, I showed him my rug.  He said that he would redo the rug when he brought the blinds back.  The blinds took longer than expected and I had to call to see when they would be brought back.  The blinds look beautiful!  They redid the rug and the stairs and the cleaning didn’t get the blotchy spots out.  Eli was very accommodating and did everything he could to get them clean but unfortunately it didn’t happen.

They responded very quickly to our request for service and were able to accommodate our schedule. The technician was very professional and friendly. He gave us some very helpful tips about how to clean up dog accidents, as well as some free spot cleaner. The carpets looked great. <br />

Some time ago this coupon opportunity was advertised. I knew I'd need carpet cleaning before putting my house on the market Actually my realtor said the carpet looked so very bad I should replace it. Recently decided the time had come to make an appointment. It did take two calls to connect with Eli. He was able to make an appointment for just a few days later. He also accommodated to a start time that was more comfortable for me. He came with another young man. They worked and cleaned and left behind carpet that won't detract in the selling of the house. <br />

I had a hard time reaching him because he was busy after offering the Deal. After we did contact each other and set up an appointment, he did a good job cleaning my very dirty carpets!

We bought a "Big Deal" for carpet cleaning to be performed by Eli's <br /> Green Carpet Cleaning. They confirmed the appointment, and then called <br /> again on the day of service to advise that they were on the way. They <br /> cleaned the rooms we wanted cleaned, and we still had tome left over so <br /> they cleaned some upholstered chairs. While they were there, we had some <br /> Scotchgard applied which wasn't included in the Big Deal, but was very <br /> reasonably priced. The work was performed in a professional manner, Joel <br /> and his associate were personable and considerate, and the result was <br /> most satisfactory. We'll use them again. <br />
