Our clothes dryer heating did not function.  We needed timely response, particularly since we were leaving town for several days. Eddie of Elite Appliance Repair came out, discovered lint-build up had resulted in overheating and (I think) a blown thermostat and heating element.  He fixed it ... quickly and at a reasonable price. <br /> Eddie and Elite deserve the full top marks that they get here and elsewhere.  He was prompt in responding to our request, arrived on time, was very pleasant to work with.  And he fixed the problem quickly and efficiently, at a reasonable price.  What more can you say?  We have used Eddie twice before (for washer and microwave repair) and our experience with him has been the same every time:  professional, efficient, pleasant and gets the job done quickly and at a fair price. He is unquestionably our "go to" guy for appliance repair! <br />

<p>He was friendly, helpful, and courteous over the phone.  He reviewed the problem prior to setting a time to come check out the problem to avoid unnecessary expense (checked recall list.)</p> <p>He came on time and was very thorough.  He fixed the machine in a matter of minutes and was very meticulous about getting the machine mounted back perfectly.  </p> <p>I was very pleased with his affordable trip/diagnostic fee of $60 and overall service.  I would highly recommend this to my neighbors.</p> <br />
