Every person I've interacted with at Elite A/V has been polite and professional. The service they provide is detail oriented & clean. They care about their customers wants & needs. They gave me a 50 minute sales pitch on why I should buy their expensive equipment. (the ad said they would give me 120 minutes of help). I wanted they to help me with my current sound system.

This was the 2nd time I have used Elite A/V LLC and once again a great job! They arrived on time, made recommendations as to where and how to hang the tvs and got straight to work. Once they were done, they cleaned up after themselves, and made sure I was happy with the work they had done. Highly recommend Elite A/V LLC and will always use them for any of my a/v needs!!

This was my 2nd job for our "go to guys" for all of our tv and sound systems projects and once again Elite A/V LLC came though like champs! Erik and Mike arrived on time as agreed to our new home and made sure they didn't track in anything on our new carpets . They were very careful with moving our new furniture as well. They looked at the job we had, made some quick recommendations on how we wanted it to be done and immediately got to work. There was an issue with the tv placement in 1 room due to stud placement, but they were able to get it so close that you couldn't even see the difference. The fact that it was to them and that they informed me of such a minor change really impressed me! Afterwards, they made sure everything was working to my satisfaction even before taking their tools out or even asking for payment, which was exactly what I was quoted and I really appreciated the fact that they didn't like with most specials, once the workmen are in your home they try to upsell you to death. I highly recommend Elite A/V LLC for any audio or video project you may have! Thanks again for the great job Erik & Mike! I'll probably see you again next time!!

I have used Elite A/V several times and keep returning to them for my home Internet and media needs. FIrst I had a robust home wireless network installed with modem, router, and WAPs. I ended up with a 5g and 2g personal and guest network. They were thorough in testing signal strength and selecting WAP placement. Carmine always line items the estimate in great detail and reviews with you so you can understand what it is and decide if wanted. I appreciated hearing options and pricing so I could make choices. They have subsequently talked me through a couple resets when Cox or the router hiccups and they are always gracious with my subsequent tech support inquiries. The wireless upgrade work was about $2700 I then hired them to wall mount a 75 in tv which I ended up purchasing through them as the price was equal to anything I could find online or through a store sale. It was so much easier having them bring it and unpack and just take care of it all. After discussing sound options, we purchased the Sonos system - soundbar for tv and subwoofer. I could not be more pleased with their professionalism and expertise. It all looks great, wires all hidden..Apple tv hidden behind. I then extended the Sonos system with controllers connected to existing hard wired system. We reviewed options togethers and decided to connect to existing built in speaker system as the sound was good. Now I have audio streaming throughout the home segmented by room and cintrolled from mobile devices. The price for the tv, Sonos bar, subwoofer install was about install about $3800. I do not recall the cost of the Sonos controllers for the rest of the home. Carmine genuinely listens to you and offers options in various price ranges so that the customer can make an informed choice. Nestor, one of the techs, is very knowledgeable and helpful and I learn from him so I can trouble shoot. On the few occassions when the router has hiccupped, they responded quickly and talked me through the reset. I would say that network reliability is about 99% but I plan to purchase a device to monitor network and reset as needed. I have subsequently turned to them to mount my updated Apple tv to the flatscreen and to wall mount a new tv. I plan to continue using them for future home networking options (e.g., thermostats and lights)

I called Elite AV to get a universal remote to work with all my devices. Then they introduced me to Control 4. I’m hooked.. Push the Red Button! They setup automated lights, locks, and integrated my cameras all in system that was super simple to use. I can check on the status of my home from my phone. Elite AV put the future in my house! Well done guys.

I couldn't be more pleased (although the price might have been just a bit high for the time the job actually took). The owner responded to my initial emailed inquiries almost immediately, and I was able to schedule an appointment less than 48 hours later. The technicians, Nestor and Travis, called me about one-half hour before they arrived and were extremely punctual. The installation of the speakers was completed in about 45 minutes without any problems. They protected all my furniture, etc., with plastic while they were working and cleaned up afterwards. They were knowledgeable and professional, even helping me identify which of five wires (which had been installed without labels) came from the speakers they had just installed. I would definitely hire them again and hope to visit their showroom sometime soon.

We can't give enough praise to Elite A/V. When we hired them (for Tv and wire installation) we were skeptical. Because we didn't know anything about A/V system. But they(Jeremy and all them crew)were very honest and knowledgeable, professional. My husband is very specific but they worked with us very friendly and we had great customer service. We were happy what we got from Elite A/V service. We highly recommend this company to all.

We can't give enough praise to Elite A/V. When we hired them (for installing TVs and wire system) we were skeptical. Because we didn't know anything about A/V system. But they(Jeremy and all team crew) were very honest & knowledgeable, professional. My Husband is very specific but they worked with us very friendly and we had great customer service. we were very happy what we got from Elite A/V service. I highly recommend this company to all!

My TV was not working, so he technician came out and installed a new HDMI cable through the ceiling in the attic. I supplied the new HDMI cable. That did not work, so they sold me a new splitter and installed that in the attic. That fixed the problem. The technician was courteous and helpful. The call cost $99 using a Big Deal . The splitter cost $169. Overall, good experience. Would use them again. <br>

All went well. I want to thank Dylan, Erik (and son) for the fantastic job they all did for us. We have an older audio system, and they got it all hooked up without a problem. Erik (and son) were very professional, efficient and cleaned up after themselves the entire time. Dylan was great to work with, in getting the project up and going.
