Made my purchase Saturday morning and Elite was able to arrive same day in the afternoon! Jose and his assistant were able to steam clean my entire 2300 square foot home in an hour and a half. Impressive! Good quality work, friendly and very professional. Highly recommend!

The providers were very professional and friendly. They were neat and efficient. After assessing what I wanted cleaned, they got right to work pretreating my carpet. After cleaning the carpet and putting all of the equipment away, they mopped up any drips of water that were on my tile hallway. I was very pleased with the work that was done. I will definitely use this service again and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great carpet cleaning company.

Jose the owner of the company did the work himself with one assistant (Nick). He used the latest in carpet shampooers that provides deep cleaning, it does an outstanding job. It's not the old style vacuum cleaner looking device but resembles a floor waxing machine that is very efficient.. <br /> Jose proved knowledgeable, respectful and very open to all of my questions. <br /> Yes, I would recommend his service to anyone and certainly will have him back for the return service I will require in the next 18 months. <br /> <br />

Was called to set up appointment as soon as I purchased thru Angieslist. Crew showed up on time and did a great job cleaning a lower quality carpet in a home I was renting. They looked so good that the owner of the property wants to use them for his other rental properties. <br />

Jose and I spoke prior to the work being done; I had purchased an Angie's List deal for whole house carpet cleaning for $159, but I also needed hardwood floors, tile floors and kitchen counter tile cleaned. Jose said he would give me a written estimate the day he came to clean the carpet, and would reserve the entire day for my project if we agreed to do the rest of the work. Jose and crew arrived on time, reviewed the scope of the project, and gave me a price for the remainder of the cleaning I needed done. I agreed to the price, and they got to work. I have to say, the carpet and floors have not looked this good since we moved in twelve years ago. I am completely satisfied with Elite's work, and would recommend them without reservation. <br />

Elite Building Maintenance had a coupon on Angie's List for three areas for 99.99. I asked if he would do two couches and some carpeted stairs instead, and he readily agreed. He gave an estimate, and that was exactly what I paid- no hidden fees. Jose also came on very short notice, and was prompt and professional. I had my sofas in the garage, and he said that made them much easier to do a thorough job, so I think I will do that again when I get them cleaned next. I will use this company again. This was my first company booked through Angie's List and it was a success. <br />
