Working with Elite was incredible. A company I had used for years had refused to do the work. I found Elite on Angie's List and saw their fantastic ratings and reviews. They worked with me on a timeframe, arrived when promised, and dealt with less than ideal conditions that come from a house that has multiple cats. The owner came himself and spent the time necessary to find the problem and then corrected it in short order. The price was very grease. Elite has a new customer for life. Excellent in every way.

Electrician had professional appearance and work ethic. Job was not easy due to the new RG6 cable was required to be installed in the flat roof area of the home which is a very confined space to maneuver. Arrived on time as promised, but unfortunately the cable used was not adequate to transmit the new Spectrum digital signal and the following day I had to have the newly installed cable (which was a copper cladded RG6 cable) replaced by a steel cladded RG6 cable in order to receive the Spectrum signal. I attempted to alert the electrician that due to the recent change of Spectrum from an analog signal to a digital signal on April 17th 2018 that he needed to use a higher quality RG6 cable or he would continue to have unsatisfied customers. Electrician has failed to return my call which is unfortunate for him as I think his work was excellent, but his future cable installation jobs may be rated less than excellent if the quality of cable used is not resolved.

Robert Rodriguez arrived 1:00 PM, April 12, 2017 to diagnose problems w our security lights. He switched out sensors, bulbs for two rather dated lights and installed a junction box where he found exposed wires. He's an excellent electrician and highly recommend him to anyone who needs electrical work performed in the Rio Grande Valley.

This work was performed at my Mother-in-Laws (MIL) house 300 miles away so I used Angie's list to get someone in there that would take care of her like it was their own MIL. Robert explained everything to my MIL then to me and I appreciated that he took the time to do that. My MIL said that he was very courteous, informative and clean up his messes. She felt comfortable with him and he did what he said he would do. That's extremely important to me. Thank you Robert. Since I wasn't there I can't give more detail.

It went extremely well. Robert Rodriguez and his father came as promised on Monday morning and finished 80% of the job within about three hours. The part they did not finish was because I did not have the new light for the closet yet. They returned the next morning and installed the new light in the closet and then did an extra small job that I asked them to add. Both men were extremely polite and professional. Robert explained all that he was doing and made some suggestions to improve what I was asking him to do. I will certainly call them again when I need electrical work done at my house.

Robert was very patient with me and went above and beyond. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and there were no surprises or hidden fees. He was very careful when drilling the holes to make sure all wiring was very clean and even looks like a work of art! I wish I could find this level of professionalism from everyone that has worked or will work on my project. I can sleep well at night knowing that Elite Electric worked on my project. I would definitely recommend them for your next project. I wish him the best and I will definitely be using them again. A huge thank you!
