Erick was very responsive and took immediate action to visit the property and provide me with a quote. Erick was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done and why which helped since this was my first time addressing a water leak. The crew was on site the next day to complete the work and set-up the equipment to dry things out. Erick and his crew were professional and did an excellent job.

Eric was extremely responsive, the team got out to our house quickly and removal work was done efficiently and professionally. Tests by our adjuster confirmed the place had been completely dried up by them. Eric and his team helped through flood insurance filing process. Overall it was a very positive experience and I'd use them again in a second. Far better than some of the shysters driving around after Harvey and offering to do the work cut rate.

I called Elite based on Angie's List recommendation. They were there in an hour, and Justin immediately began pulling out water-damaged floors/ceilings/woodwork and drying the place out. Very efficient, helpful. I would definitely recommend them. The cost was paid by insurance, so I can't really comment on level of cost.

Eric did a great job with mold remediation and explaining what caused the mold and how to repair it. Justin assisted Eric with bringing over caulk for the mold repair. I want to thank both men for the mold repair. I highly recommend Elite. Much appreciated Eric.

The team at Elite Emergency Solutions was prompt and professional throughout every stage of their work. From our very first contact before dawn on the day of the flood when they answered the phone and assured us they'd be at our place just as soon as the flood waters receded, through all of the demolition work, through negotiations with the flood insurance agency and adjusters--through each step along the way they were always available and professional. I really appreciate them for their efficiency, their helpfulness, and their promptness when responding to my questions throughout our ordeal. Highly recommended.

Eric is most prompt. After I called him, he arrived at the house in less than one hour. <br />He inspected the damaged area thoroughly and proceeded to work. <br />He placed the machine that will suck the moisture out of the wood frames plus three fans to help the drying process. <br />

My experience with Elite was excellent. In a time when me and my family were in a panic, the technician from Elite was able to calm us down and assure us that he would take care of are home and get us back to normal. After expanding what he was going to do they started the clean up of are home. After they removed all the water and wet carpet, padding and baseboards they sprayed a solution to prevent mold an then set up equipment to dry the house out. The technician came back twice to check the equipment and make sure we were ok and also that the house was drying out like it should be. After 4 days are house was dry. In are time of need Elite showed up and took great care of us. I will use them again if I ever have this problem and I will also recommend them to anyone that I know if they ever have a water in there home that needs to be cleaned up. <br />

The overall experience was wonderful. They showed up quickly and helped us turn a devastating water leak that affected a large area in our ceiling, and made it seem not so devastating. They came in, cleaned up, set up equipment, came back to check on it to make sure everything was dry. They were very professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. I found Elite on the internet.  The technician showed up an hour after the call was placed and the technician promptly got to work.  Equipment was set up in the upstairs bathroom and on the first floor of the house.  The technician also recommended a contractor to replace the drywall in the garage.  The technician was very helpful and explained in detail the process that would be used from start to finish.  I would use this company again if I ever have another water damage problem. <br />
