Our two-story home was in dire need of exterior painting and weather damage repairs. Elite Enclosures team is skilled and responsible, polite, positive and efficient. Adam Martin strives to communicate with us, so that we have full understanding of the project. The crew are polite, friendly and good humored, but constantly working. The weather damage required a new man-door frame installation and the double garage door needed dry rot removal and mold removal, including siding replacement. The resulting repairs are exceptional and we are impressed. We have hired the same business to replace a dry-rotted fence and build a new gate, all done well!

Adam and Jacob removed the old fence and installed a new fence that really improved the property. We were so pleased with the work we hired them to also install new doors. They did an outstanding job on both the fence and doors!

These guys were wonderful to work with! We had a kids Playhouse structure that needed to be installed and the ground leveled for safety. Their communication was fantastic and their work ethic was even better . I felt very comfortable with them at my house with my kid and would highly recommend them for a project! !

The contractor initially represented that he had experience completing similar projects, but this was not reflected in practice. As the project progressed, he repeatedly questioned or provided incorrect guidance on standard construction methods. These included attaching a patio cover to the house via a ledger, the need for additional support posts near the house, proper ledger placement relative to floor joists, and appropriate beam sizing. He further advised against covering patio footings with a surface extension, despite this being common practice. In each of these cases, he initially argued his position before later acknowledging it was incorrect. Due to these repeated issues, I lost confidence in his knowledge and ability to complete the project without complications. I requested a refund of the majority of my deposit; however, he refused, citing that he had obtained the permit. The receipt indicates the payment covered both permit filing and a project deposit. Based on the reported permit costs and allowing for reasonable time spent, I believe a significant portion of the deposit should have been returned.

I was impressed that two such young men were so professional. Work was finished as scheduled. Quality workmanship. The price was so much lower than other estimates. I won’t hesitate to call on them again. Good Job guys!!

Adam with Elite Enclosures responded promptly with a quote for fence, gate & arbor replacement based on my texted dimensions & pictures. He got started right away & completed my project in 2 days - demo, haul-away & brand new fence, gate & arbor. The finished product exceeded expectations with great attention to detail & stellar craftsmanship. Adam was professional, responsive, great communication, efficient & skilled at his craft. Adam and crew are extremely cordial but lack sufficient tools to accomplish certain jobs. Job 1 install drywall on garage ceiling?did not have drywall jack and spent extra time to manually lift sheets to ceiling resulting in extra time and wanted compensation for the extra time. Second job was to assemble pre fabed stock shed. Did not fasten all panels completely on walls and roof. Again needed taller ladder but can?t unprepared even though I had a ladder that would have worked. Left the job starting he had spent enough time while leaving things not finished. Did not install flashing either. Wants more money to finish after he agreed to fixed quote which is how most contractors work. Not time and material based.

Adam and his crew did amazing work going above and beyond expectations. Went out of his way to pickup things that were missing out of the shed kit. It was very appreciated that he picked up a vapor barrier so the shed would be built to last. Great communication and even better price. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to a friend and/or use on future projects. Thanks Adam!

You'd better grab them before they're busy on another job. It's not easy to find quality people to hire. I'm not sure I have enough adjectives to describe Adam and assistant. Cheerful, friendly, efficient. Maybe the best thing is integrity. You can just tell. 😊 Did a great job on patio furniture assembly, made sure it was it was comfortable for me and that I was satisfied with the result. And the amount charged was so reasonable. Grateful to have found Elite Enclosures. Can't wait to call Adam again - have several projects around my property and am relieved that I have a reputable company to contact. Not to mention the extra customer service: my people-loving, nosy terrier was being a drama queen...he wanted to be out there - and the guys said no problem. That was certainly above and beyond my expectations! Thanks again, Adam!

Ran into some unexpectedly problem and so it took a little longer than expected. But, the results were better than expected. I'm very happy with how my ceiling and lights turned out. I already hired them for a second job (grab handles in shower) and have been very pleased with that job too.
